What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support. They will call me to set up new phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don’t dislike anything. Vonage is very attentive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to reset some phones, and they were very patient.

What do you like best about the product?
At this point the value and service as been good. We like the Ease of Use of the products and services. It does not seem difficult to reach anyone when needed, which is a big advantage for a smaller office. I also like the fact we have control over all of the use via our portal, this allows for very easy and quick changes to our system if needed. During COVID-19 we have been able to transition to the remote offices while still having easy access to our system. That has been a huge advantage for a small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps more training would be good and helpful. Perhaps we did not take advantage of the training, but at the time it did not seem as though there was as much training offered. That does appear to be different now, so I many need to go look and see what is currently being offered for training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely has been improved by using Vonage. We have also been able to expand our usage much more easily and have access when traveling. It does not seem difficult to reach anyone when needed, which is a big advantage for a smaller office. Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to take advantage of any and all training and use the services to the maximum capability. There are numerous features Vonage has to offer that come included with the plan. If you do not take take advantage of training etc many of these services will go unused. For example, just doing this survey I have realized there are still services I have yet to take advantage of related to this product. I look forward to using the platform even more now. I would also consider the use of out an outside firm to assist in training to make sure all of the features get properly used. There may in fact be features that would allow a business to save even more money!

Best small business VOIP solution I’ve found.

What do you like best about the product?
We moved from a competitor 6 years again and haven’t looked back.

Vonage was the rare combination of a solution that was simple to switch too but advanced enough to handle the needs of our business.

The tech support is great. Recently I purchased a new phone online that wasn’t originally spec’d for Vonage. Their tech support spent a half hour walking me through the manual provisioning process and trouble shooting the phone. At the end of the call, the new phone worked like it was originally sent with our service.

The new teleconference system is extremely easy to use As well. It has quick scheduling from within the Vonage app.

And it doesn’t tax system resources. Using the previous solution, you had to download an separate app and launch. Now it’s a simple link share that doesn’t require a separate application install.

Call quality is top notch. It has very low latency and is great for small to mid sized (3-6 people) calls.

The new system is a definite improvement over the previous implementations.

From porting our existing phone numbers to setting up our system, Vonage has been great to deal with from day one. I highly recommend them for any small business looking for a through phone solution for local or remote team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Easy setup and install. I do wish there were a few more handset options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to connect with remote team members and clients. Portability of phones- either by taking handsets of via the app- is great.

Don’t hesitate. Make the switch.

What do you like best about the product?
The reps always are able to find a solution to my problem but sometimes there is a lot of technical back and forth and I have spent significant amount of time on the phone when these issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you don't have someone who comes on site when I need them to do so and I am forced to spend a significant chunk of my time on the phone with someone to fix technical issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Development calls is what we use our landlines for

I am not sure. Maybe calling in and using customer service a lot like I have for technical issues

Very good overall Communications Platform with many facets

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about my experience with Vonage Business Communications has been the expansive number of tools within their platform. Particularly, my organization has benefited greatly from access to Mobile Connect which allows us to access our office phones from our mobile device. The auto attendant feature and Hunt Group (as it's called), are both very easy to set up and also adjust as needed with the help of the Vonage Support Team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the wiring in our office building, we have our internet through another ISP. This has caused us some headache in fixing issues with our phones when our internet is not working. It makes service calls complicated, because we have to go between Vonage and our ISP simultaneously. The other thing to note is that with Vonage Business Communications, their support is divided into two different phone numbers based on the size of your account. If you are a Vonage Enterprise customer (bigger account), you have a different support line than the other Vonage Business people which can be a bit confusing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Vonage Business Communications, my organization is able to access all of our communications tools from anywhere. We regularly take advantage of Mobile Connect when we are outside of the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take full advantage of the whole platform. There are many tools that I currently do not use but would love to integrate more. The Business Communications platform is much more than just VoIP, so be sure to learn about all the features.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service, really good comunication , the always listen to the customer, every time I call the solve my problem ( this is not often, is hard to have a problem with this app)

so far nothing, no complains at all, nice to work with them!

Vonage Business Communications- VOIP Evolved

What do you like best about the product?
I love the app, the web portal, and business texting features. The business texting features takes the hassle out of getting a company phone and having to carry another device in your pocket. The customer service department really surprised me because they answer the phone politely and professionally. The one customer service rep that I worked with definitely knew how to connect with the customer and even took the chance to know more about my business while his computer was updating my account. I believe his name was Mario <-- promote this guy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I really dislike about Vonage Business Communications is the lack of picture messaging clients. I believe that they are working on this but at the moment it is counter productive for a business app to have picture messaging integrated. But once their infrastructure can handle MMS messaging I believe that the app and web portal will soon become a killer feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for having a second phone is eliminated. I believe that an all in one app is a great way to cut down on costs and keep funds for other more important purchases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your business is small and you dont want large PBX boxes for your phone lines, Vonage is your go to solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The admin interface pretty much handles everything. I have yet to find something I can't figure out. The mobile app is also very useful so we can answer calls remotely (not sure if that's a good thing for my social life). We have setup 5-6 phones and they all work perfectly. The price is pretty competitive and they are really fast at shipping out hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling a cs rep can take a long time sometimes. However, they always seem to get my issues sorted. The only technical issues I had were related to figuring out the CallerID settings and how to setup the call flow options. It was a little complicated but I sorted it out once I talked to a rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for a job and they phones worked perfectly out fo the box. No call quality issues even at our lower bandwidth offices. Having working phones is critical. The voicemail and advanced call routing made it very simple to have custom workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will have a lot of people offering similar services for slightly less price. Vonage is worth the little extra for the power of their enterprise.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up. Cost effective and features that are handy when you use it for business. Call forwarding, Transferring, conference call are all made simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little too complicated when you want to make a video call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using vonage to work from home and office. I receive inbound calls from customers and I call them back as well. It gives the user a clear data about the number of calls made and received. The call handling time and the ability to record and listen to your calls and voice mails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend for any start up company since it is easy to set up and comes with features that any call center would need.

Vonage Business - the best for remote teams

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business allows our team to work remotely with dedicated phone and text service. We are able to contact customers and others, while staying connected with each other. And it works anywhere we have internet service or cell phone connection
What do you dislike about the product?
The texting does not accept graphics, and the phone service is at the mercy of your local connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to have devoted business phone service, while still using our cell phones. This means we can focus on making other investments instead of buying physical phone equipment
