Superior Product
What do you like best about the product?
It all works! It's easy to setup and use, they provide a variety of options and continue to improve their offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. So far, Vonage has provided the services they promised and they continue to improve and include more offerings..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage allows me to have a phone number for my business, along with voicemail, that I can access from anywhere on my mobile phone. Love this!

What do you like best about the product?
Reliability and Effective Cost for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any dislikes. Very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Voice over internet is excellent and the mobile Vonage app is incredible.
Vonage works Hard to make your life easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the tools that allows you to do so many things to make our business run smoother. Reporting capabilities are a huge plus as well as having the ability to use your mobile phone to answer calls away from the office, but still show as if you are in the offoce!
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all Companies, the hoops you have to jump thru just to talk to a live person. But most, if not all companies are just like that. it is a sign of the times! There is really no downside to using Vonage. The only improvement would be to stop more robocalls and be more responsive on customer service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch with team members and monitoring their activities, Which helps keep them motivated to work hard. The ability to run reports on sales calls is extremely helpful!!

Switch sooner rather then later!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to answer a call where ever I might be and the client not realize the difference. I also appreciate how our different locations are able to work together to service the needs of the clients. The referral program has also been a nice perk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process can be complicated with lots of options and some options override other options without there being any clear way for you to see. Some seemingly logical options are not available, such as routing calls based on caller area code. I also don't like how there doesn't seem to be a way to update the caller ID built into the handsets after internal extensions change ownership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to help my team effectively service our clients despite being in multiple locations and dealing with the pandemic. We have been able to seamlessly work in our various locations as well as work from home with the support of the Vonage Business Communications products. We also have been able to route calls to an outside company without requiring the time and attention of the receiptionist.
Total Regret - Worst service ever - Nothing but problems
What do you like best about the product?
Very little, was supposed to save me expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
Where to start? Problems getting service started, problems getting phone #'s ported over. Time frame did not occur as stated. Lack of training on how to set up system, program devices, use features. Inability to contact people when assistance needed. Calls cut out for no reason. Billing did not take place as promised, overbilled. Was not made aware of certain features of system, so we missed dozens and dozens of calls and voicemails because we were not instructed on how to find them, or access them. Every person we spoke with had us change something else in the system, so it is now totally confusing as to who uses which phone or extension. I cold go on and on, but basically extremely unhappy with system and service.

Problems have not been solved, actually have created more.

What do you like best about the product?
No landline, you can receive calls from the app or hardware from anywhere with high speed internet. There are many apps and third party integrations that are available in the Vonage store.
What do you dislike about the product?
The clarity of audio is not as clear as traditional phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Half of our employees work remotely so this helps them receive and make calls. The technology is seamless. When someone calls our office number, we can transfer to extension. Likewise, our remote workers can answer the main office line as well and transfer to any attendant

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up the equipment and matching the equipment to the service is excellent. The support service has always been responsive, whether you contact them through online chat or by phone. The desktop and mobile app is a fantastic compliment to the service, allowing users to manage voicemail and text messaging. A salon client of mine uses the texting feature almost exclusively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of an address book feature which allows all users to manage is a drawback. Individuals can add their own hot keys, but Vonage is behind with global addressing. You need to be aware of what services are support by which phones. While a phone may technically work with a needed service, Vonage may not offer the same compatibility. Analog faxing can be hit or miss. I recommend their e-fax service which is HIPPA compliant when used through the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management of phone systems with a number of clients is what makes the system work. Compared to other cloud based phone management systems, Vonage is intuitive and robust. I am relieved to offer my clients this system when I see what others have to work with. The service Vonage offers allows my clients to communicate effectively with their customer base, which increases my reputation for providing an excellent product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider the number of users and the required resources. I am also a certified Panasonic seller, and there are times a self hosted PBX is the right move to make. A large up front cost versus a medium monthly cost versus the availability of services needs to be weighed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to receive calls and text from my computer desktop! I love the feature of the app as well where the phone can ring across multiple platforms to ensure that all calls are answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time n our industry of work, it requires photos or screenshots of errors or issues a caregiver may be having Vonage doesn't give us the ability to send or receive picture messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage took out the place of having to forward a call from a landline to a cell device. It took over the usage of minutes on a cell phone as well as all communication going via one number versus all contacts.

Go for it! You will not be mad.
Dependable Phone Service & Always improving
What do you like best about the product?
Dependable on the services they provide and a company that takes responsibility for any/all mishaps as well. That in itself is priceless in a culture where companies regardless of the industries still wants your payment for terrible or inadequate services/products. Let's start conversating about the customer service that is unsympathetic, no ownership of the procedure to rectify a situation. We just get the " oh I'm so sorry about that"; and it is said so robotically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike, there is no downside. Understanding from a business that there will be things that go wrong but the most important thing is that one should take full responsibility for it going wrong. But with the proper response and handling of any situation is key in keeping a customer, and Vonage has done just that, what more can you ask for. There IT department is just as accommodating even when the time difference is a challenge, I have no complaints here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving a problem of dependable and technology business phone services. Vonage innovative and exceptional customer service and IT team is remarkable and should be told so. Being a small business owner and you are the "chosen one" to run your business the features that Vonage offers are exceptional. You can tell a lot of thought and alot of listening was going on when the features were implemented in applications that are offer.
