Cost Savings and Steamlining of our client communications

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use Softphone, Seamless transition and great project management
What do you dislike about the product?
Small challenges with getting bills to email directly. No way to sync softphone contacts and physical phone contacts that are outside of the corporate contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have applied the contact center to our customer support services and it's allowing us to improve our customer interactions on the support side
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They take the time to listen and understand business challenges with voice communications worth the investment. We never were left wondering if this will work.

As with any VOIP, the call quality can be spotty at times

Worst mistake for business phone service!!!

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing at all!!! This is the worst investment I made for my company!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being quoted and agreed upon a price and end up being charged 3x’s more than what was agreed upon!!! And not being able to speak with a live agent at all once you become a member of Vonage and only being able to chat via email regarding issues!!! The only time you talk to someone is when you they are signing you up ( salesperson)!!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No business benefits with Vonage just a headache and lies!!! And a drained account!!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don’t recommend Vonage at all once you sign up with them it’s hard to talk with someone regarding incorrect billing

What do you like best about the product?
The service so far has been reliable and clear. The features are easy to setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The charges for add-on services such as all page and texting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best feature so far is the connecting to my cell phone. The ap is easy to setup - easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer support provided at Vonage, and how user friendly the phone system operates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the robot for the chat function on Vonage webiste or app. It does not allow you to type in your specific need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only issue that I recently encounted was that I had to replace an employee internally, and had to get in contact with someone to ship a new phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hannah Walker is the best at providing customer services at Vonage!

What do you like best about the product?
The pricing for the equipment and the clarity of the calls are top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales rep could have done a better job understanding and explaining and not focused on the sale, I have an additional line that I don't need and was told wrong by the rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small Business phone. The VOIP is top notch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask questions and make sure you relay your situation to the sales rep, and not the other way around, you don't want to pay for services , or in my case, lines, that are not needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple ways to access Vonage, particularly mobile. Easy way to connect with multiple teammates abroad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup was a bit involved, and took longer than expected. All good once set up. Very low, almost no maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call center for inbound/outbound calls & record. Efficient call routing to team members, all with access to pertinent functions. Clear, efficient calls to one or more teammates abroad, at all hours.

Run an orientation for all users.

Great choice for business communications

What do you like best about the product?
I've found VBC to be easy to configure and use with excellent performance for both voice and video. The support team has also been very responsive right up to the CEO for my deployment questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Native browser support for phone call on a ChromeOS device would make this a more viable option in certain solutions. The desktop app could have better calendar integration for planning a meeting. Right now you need to manually copy and add the Invitation to the calendar (at least for gmail, not sure about outlook).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VBC is being used as a unified communication platform. All voice, video and text communication has been centralized which facilitates ease of management and a consistency of user experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vonage Business doesn't have the awareness of other communication platforms, but it stands up well in comparison.

Vonage and working remotely at Big Rigs Inc

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to choose among the many benefits we have found using Vonage but if I have to choose one, it will be the ability to work from just about anywhere that I have a good internet connection and feel like I am in my office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble understanding some of the complexity of the user interface when I am working remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have remote offices around the country and Vonage Business Communications allows us to work together as if we are all in the same building.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to monitor calls and see who is on the phone and with who they are talking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that currently there is no ability to send or receive MMS messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage calls and track our times and see who is talking with who on the other lines. I realized the Outlook contact integration, the SMS message ability, the smartphone application, and the web browser addon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a great ability to utilize phone, web, desktop, and more to be able to effectively communicate properly. It has the ability the integration with web browsers and Microsoft Outlook contacts. I really love the SMS ability where you can use your direct dial number as a way to send and receive text messages to your clients/customers. I also like how you can have the call dashboard installed and be able to see calls that come in and who is on the other lines and their statuses. I use this all day long every day that I am working and without it, I would be so lost. It's me being able to step away from my desk phone and still be able to take and make calls from my cell phone utilizing the smartphone Vonage app. I also like how we are able to utilize our iPad to be able to effectively communicate with our clients via SMS text messages.
