Jeremy Richardson made our phone system switch a great, easy experience

What do you like best about the product?
Jeremy from Vonage is truly the best customer service worker I have ever met, and maybe in general, one of the most professional, hopeful, and patient professionals I have met in general. I am an office manager and needed a new phone system ASAP, as our old one blew out. I had never set up a phone system and was feeling overwhelmed. I reached out to a few VOIP providers, including Vonage, where I met Jeremy - and ultimately decided to go with Verizon VOIP, which was our current provider and gave us a great rate. However, after a few days on Verizon VOIP, we realized it was not going to work and didn't do what we needed. I emailed Jeremy, after I had already turned Vonage away, and asked if it was too late to switch over. Jeremy was so helpful this past week in helping me set up, configure, and get used to Vonage, and talked me through everything. Even if you are not great technically, Jeremy will make it easy for you to decide what you need, and how to use it. I asked the same questions multiple times, being forgetful, and he never made me feel bad. He is, long story short, amazing and I cannot recommend him, or Vonage enough.

Eveything was great, no complaints - Jeremy was great

We needed a new phone system for our office immediately and now we have a working, easy to use, system in place

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business Communications offers a reliable, cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized businesses and enterprises. Vonage's business phone service is designed to take the worry out of managing your communications. You can take advantage of all the features and capabilities of a traditional office phone system without the high price tag. The experience of a product can make or break a company's success. The interface and user experience are the backbone of a product. Vonage is committed to providing its customers with the best user experience possible, beginning with its design.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's versatile, low cost, and has a high level of security. But it doesn't work in every situation. For example, in some of our departments, the VoIP system can be pricey if it doesn't suit your needs and it's not always compatible with other software implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage Business Communications has helped our business around the world save time and money by providing a cheap and easy way to expand our communication capabilities without investing in physical devices. In addition, it offered a range of features, including 24/7 customer care, inbound faxing, mobile app integration, so that our efficiency has improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vonage Business Communications offers reliable and affordable phone service with unlimited calling, so you should try it.

Improved our communication!

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been able to communicate more effectively with Vonage. Our team functions as a unit despite the fact that we are geographically remote. Vonage appeals to me because of its simplicity of use. With everything organized in one place, I am relieved to have all my professional contacts at my fingertips. As well as decluttering my phone, it keeps my business contacts sorted and organized. Voicemail transcription is the feature I like most. My initial call went unanswered, and I was apprehensive when I realized I had a message. A transcription of my voicemail was also available. When I discovered that Vonage offered this feature, I was thrilled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vonage is a company I enjoy very much. The service has been highly reliable and convenient for me. Nevertheless, my only criticism is the lengthy loading time at the beginning of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have access to direct lines for each of us, thanks to Vonage Business Communications. The employees are all personally reachable. Communication is no longer limited to switching between apps or systems. Vonage Business Communications enables us to communicate efficiently and quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you purchase Vonage Business Communications as soon as possible. Our organization has greatly benefited from this software.

Good but a lot of room for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
You don't have to depend on your network service provider since we can make calls through the internet.
Call connectivity is fast.
It can save data/ contact details of employees within the organization.
It Does not use a lot of space in the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very often, I have experienced call drop issues.
It needs a robust network for high-quality calls.
Since calls are made over the internet, sometimes people feel the caller is not genuine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our business solutions.
Helpful in making remote/ international calls to connect with clients and other groups.
To attend various business meetings.

Only concerned about getting your money, not about customer service

What do you like best about the product?
I'd prefer hot daggers to the eye instead of dealing with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
How I've called multiple times to cancel with no return call since I have to wait on a return call. The only calls I've received now are from debt collectors after many attempts to cancel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using what little sanity I have left to put up with their debt collectors.

Save money on virtual phones instead of physical ones!

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business gives our employees the ability to operate remotely with a dedicated phone as well as message service. As a result, communication with consumers and other parties is possible while remaining connected. In addition, businesses can now send and receive text messages without carrying a company phone or another piece of equipment. I was also impressed with the friendly and professional manner of the customer service department. As I was updating my account, the customer care representative took the time to learn more about my company from his computer. He clearly understood how to relate to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vonage Business Communications lacks a photo messaging client, which is one of the things I dislike about it. The company may be working on it; however, integrating image chatting into a corporate app seems counterproductive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Second phone is not needed anymore. Saving money with an all-in-one app allows dollars to be used for other better purchases. Business purposes are served by the phones, which are available right out of the box. Despite our office's reduced bandwidth, there are no difficulties with call quality. Voicemail and intelligent call routing made custom workflows incredibly simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The price of comparable services may be lowered somewhat by numerous individuals. However, considering Vonage's strength, it is well worth paying the price.

What do you like best about the product?
Administrators will find the admin website straightforward to use and regularly updated without causing disruptions to established workflows. Even though many options can influence your overall cost, the prices for unlimited extensions or mobile extensions are highly competitive. Providing you have a solid connection to the internet (and for massive deployments, implemented and well-designed VLANs), Vonage's service is outstanding. Sales personnel are helpful and responsive to customer needs. Although the technical support staff is practical, sometimes complex issues are not escalated to a higher-tier team as promptly as they ought to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be problems with the admin website from time to time. However, it is typically only a problem when proceeding with large numbers of changes that the platform becomes an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For most of our employees, we have replaced physical telephone consoles with softphones that are accessible through our computers. In addition, the action lets us use an app from our personal devices for checking phone calls and making calls from our business numbers, assuming the computers have a built-in and external microphone. Generally, it has proved to be more cost-effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to help users have softphones in the office without giving their personal phone numbers, I profoundly recommend Vonage Business Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is effortless to use, and it allows to make calls with a single click. The contact directory and report generating features is also a handy tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone application works great, but when we use the desktop application, the connection is not great and breaks sometimes. Though the report generation option is quite handy, the reports are pretty complex; thus, the information can be made a bit easier to comprehend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage makes it easier for me to connect with my colleagues and clients; it keeps a record of call logs that can track my activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about Vonage is that we can use it to receive calls and send text messages to the customer. So, we can easily share web URLs and landing page links, and other details via SMS if the customer is calling from a cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Vonage is the fact that the Mute Switch on my Sennheiser HeadSet [CAN ICES-3(B)/NMB-3(B) ] does not function when I am using it with the Vonage App for Macbook Pro. I want to use the Mute Switch on the Headset rather than the clickable Mute Button on the Vonage App Screen.

I have changed two headsets and tested with Zoom and Google Meet, and the mute switch of the headset is working perfectly fine. It is a compatibility issue with Vonage. I have also tried to call Vonage Tech support over the call and chat but to NO AVAIL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Vonage to receive calls for Customer Service for passengers that travel on our inter-city bus routes.
