Best software for business Communication
What do you like best about the product?
One of the fantastic pieces of software, It's helped a lot to communicate my business client. I love the features and design. It's pretty helpful and fantastic software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we can't see the history of call records that need to be sorted, and I believe it's one of the best communication software, which requires a little more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this software for my company where I used this software as an account manager to communicate for my company cliental. There is no distortion in communication, and I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business Communications provides some of the industry's top VoIP services. The user interface of the application is appealing and simple to use. The connection is made without incident, and the application operates appropriately. For years, my business has used Vonage Business Communications' VoIP service, and the service is outstanding. The software is available in both desktop and mobile versions, both of which operate well. Additionally, the application enables me to manage my activities by using a calendar, a phone book, and various reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vonage Business Communications has nothing to hate; they deliver excellent service. However, they could slightly improve the performance of their PC version, which occasionally slows down and the mobile app's ability to download reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the last three or four years, I've been utilizing Vonage Business Communications for my firm, and it's been quite beneficial for my VoIP needs. The calls are completed promptly, and the chats are pleasant. We use it for internal and external VoIP calls and have had an excellent experience. Simple to use, the mobile application contains a phone directory, call log, and voicemail. Additionally, a desktop program is provided for making calls directly from your laptop.

Vonage Business Communications is an excellent choice for all of your VoIP communication requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Vonage Business Communications is a cloud-based communication service that combines multiple communication channels into a single solution. It eliminates the hassles associated with maintaining an on-premises PBX and provides modern businesses with all the business communications features and capabilities they require to power their workflows. Additionally, Vonage Business Communications delivers numerous benefits to our enterprise. One of them is that it enabled us to save money on communication costs while simultaneously increasing employee productivity and the quality of our customer service. As for the software's best features, it would have to be its mobility capabilities, which enable you to use the app without difficulty while traveling or outside your office building.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, customer service is not up to standard in terms of responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage Business Communications offers a more cost-effective and adaptable alternative to traditional phone service for our business. By enabling employees to communicate more effectively with their customers, the software increases our productivity and efficiency. VBC has been a game-changer during pandemic times by enabling the employees to work from home, saving time on inter-office calls, and assisting customers in contacting us via multiple channels.

I recommend Vonage Business Communications because it provides a high level of functionality at an affordable price.
Phone service that allows multiple team members to manage line.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we were able to access the phone line on multiple phones and computers. This allowed us as team members to choose which messages were most relevant for us to respond to individually. It can also show other team members which messages have been addressed and which ones still warrant a response.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Do Not Disturb function doesn't really work. I would try to this function when I was away from the office but I would still receive messages throughout the day. This meant I would have to physically log out of the app anytime I wanted a break from the onslaught of messages we would get from clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to call and text with clients but also to access these messages when we were away from the office. Because we could all have the Vonage app on our phones, anyone was able to answer messages/calls no matter where they were at. It also allows us to see what messages have been responded to so that our office manager knows what she still needs to address.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is the best software for communicating with customer's best quality voice include texting service, voice mail service, and the best part I found call recording, which is a fantastic feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I notice sometimes might be due to the technical problem we can't check the call history and call recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication problems sorted due to excellent software Vonage; Vonage is very much friendly. Voice quality with no breaking is pretty much appreciated. The recording feature is beneficial. Most of the time, we miss a part of the conversation. The recording feature will help us.
Easiest and reliable communication management software ever
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of this software is the one thing that I like the most about it. I am able to place calls conveniently across countries, and this saves a lot of time for me. Meetings, too, are made super easy with Vonage. Adding to these features, their customer support has been top-notch throughout my journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been smooth sailing so for me, and I hope it continues the same way throughout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The significant benefit for me is that they offer both a phone application and a desktop application. So whenever I am away from my desktop, I am able to continue with the phone application. Also, the various integrations that they provide are super helpful for me.

This software has been of tremendous use to me. I would recommend everyone to at least try it once, just for its ease of use and the wide variety of features that they offer

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business is a VoIP phone system that allows me to make and receive unlimited calls. It also comes with advanced features like auto-attendant, phone system administration, and more. Unlike traditional mobile carriers, Vonage Business doesn't charge for the data you use when making calls. I can keep my existing mobile number or choose a new one from their list of numbers within my organization. Vonage Business also provides unlimited plans, so you're not stuck with monthly fees. Vonage Business is easy to set up and install on any device. They provide support in multiple languages, so it's easy to get help on the basics of setting up your account or managing your phone system remotely - no matter what language you speak!
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of VoIP service can be affected by your wiring or network connection. Besides, It can be challenging to initiate a conference call because you must dial into a conference bridge on a separate line when you want to contact people outside your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Vonage Business Communications service, our company has had access to unlimited calling anywhere in North America, Europe, and Asia. In addition, we don't have any long-distance charges, and there is no limit on how many employees can use the service at one time. Not only are Vonage Business Services cheaper, but they also have several features that are not included in the other providers' services, so our organization could customize the software.

Vonage Business Services is an excellent alternative for companies that don't want to spend lots of money on their standard phone service.
Best integration I’ve used thus far!
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage business is the best voice and message integration system that I've ever used. It allows for instant messaging, text messages, voice, etc. The ability to sync to your smart phone makes working from home seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voicemail recording is not my favorite feature. My messages got scrambled around.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business Communications is providing one of the best VoIP services in the market. We are using its service in our company Collabera and their service has been excellent. The application's interface is good, and it's easy to operate. The call gets connected smoothly, and the application runs without a lag. My organization is using Vonage Business Communications VoIP's services for the last few years, and their service has been exceptional. The software has both desktop and mobile applications, and it works well on both. The application allows me to maintain my cal logs, phone directory, and other reports to manage my activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Vonage Business Communications; they are offering an excellent service. They can improve their desktop application slightly as it sometimes lags and the report download option on the mobile application.

I have been using Vonage Business Communications in my organization for the last 3-4 years, and it has helped me in my VoIP needs. The calls connect easily, and the call experience is satisfying. We have used it for our internal and external VoIP calling, and the experience has been great. The mobile application is very straightforward and provides many options like directory, call logs, voicemails, etc. They also have a desktop application that can is used to make calls directly using your laptop. I can easily download reports using Vonage Business Communications, which can track my daily activity.
