Great User and Admin experience
What do you like best about the product?
Since the initial kick off with our sales rep everything has worked flawlessly and where I had issues my Project Coordinator has been there side by side with me working on porting issues and getting the team trained to use the phones/service. We have added multiple additional sites to our account since the initial go-live, and the Vonage team has helped us with all the upfront setups and phone configurations so they are basically plug & play when I get them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vonage customer service is a bit slow at times replying to request to help their Project coordinators. Information shared at times is a bit short and cryptic, so it can take several iterations to get thru an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a consolidated voice system working across all sites so we can now extension dial all team members regardless of where they work. Also with the "softphone" we can have mobility where we previously couldn't so work force and look like they are at their desk when they are working from home or traveling.
Vonage is very easy to use! Great software for your communication needs!

There is nothing that I have found to dislike.

I really like being able to answer my phone through my laptop while working from home.
Vonage VoIP System
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the app we can use it on our mobile anywhere anytime. The overall experience of the interface is very attractive and user-friendly. It seems the best option available right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you use it on multiple devices at the same time, it does not sync properly, and you may experience unreachable when someone calls in. This should be fixed properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually use it for internal and external communication. I can confidently say that it had made communication easier and a lot quicker. It has improved productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vonage phone system is the best option available in the market. Just buy and use it. Don't waste your time to check others.

What do you like best about the product?
Call quality is excellent, no drop calls, clear, good volume, awesome features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Porting my old number from Verizon was horrible, Verizon was good on their end, Vonage dropped the ball multiple times, took many calls and chat to resolve. Billing errors took 4 months to resolve. Totally unable to speak to anyone by phone with a company that "specializes" in phone communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Took business use of cell phone number to the desktop with more features and call quality.

I think better clarity of pricing on website is needed

Vonage Fax is Great
What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to fax through my email. The convenience of not having to use a fax machine is the best part! We have to still fax to the IRS and vongae fax is the best

There's not much I do not like about faxing. I wish there were a way to know if the fax was received or not,

No having any problems THe best benefits is the IRS receives our information before the deadlines

The representative went above and beyond to help me with my problem. She even called back the next day to make sure everything was going well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, for our own protection she needed to speak with the doctor to insure I was authorized to make changes but I understand why this is necessary

We are a doctor's office so patients having quick communication with our office is very important, we never have a problem!
A VERY USEFUL TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
Mobil app allows to be just what it says "mobil" not chained to desk

The caller ID does not display on my Apple watch

being able to go into the warehouse to verify amounts keeping customer on line
Vonage VoIP is good in terms of quality of IP communication

I used and like the Vonage Programmable messaging, Voice and Video Communication APIs to make our Applications deliver the best user experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so much as we had tried other vendors but experience with Vonage APIs was good. But can be more documentation and examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had used to integrate messaging, voice and video in our applications. So the main benefits was that our customers are now video capable

What do you like best about the product?
Their app is straightforward and easy to use to manage our communication and set up users.

We haven't encountered any issues with their software. At this time, there is nothing I can note as a "dislike."

We needed a simple way to manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate agents.
This product fits the bill.
