Good Pricing and Integration, but Unreliable with Unhelpful Support

I am not sure we no longer use them
Great for Calling Offshore Candidates and Managing Employee Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Calling off shore candidates and some of its features like parking a call and merging lines. Also it maintains a distinguished contacts book for employees as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text messages does not provide read notifications. There is no way to know if the message has been read by the receiver or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of calling and texting candidates and it benefits as we can do both the tasks using a single application as compared to some apps who only provide either calling or texting features
Easy Setup with Minor Configuration Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Vonage Business Communications is its reliability and flexibility for daily business use. In my role as a Business Development Manager in a US staffing environment, I rely heavily on consistent outbound and inbound calling, and Vonage has provided stable call quality with minimal disruptions.
The platform is very user-friendly, especially the desktop and mobile apps, which allow me to stay connected even when I’m not at my desk. Features like call forwarding, voicemail-to-email, and easy call management have helped improve my productivity and ensure I never miss important client or candidate calls.
Another major advantage is the ability to manage communication across different time zones, which is critical for working with US clients from India. Overall, it has streamlined our communication process and made remote work much more efficient.

Additionally, the mobile app, while useful, can sometimes lag or have minor performance issues, particularly when handling multiple calls or switching between features.

Customer Support: Users frequently report slow, unhelpful and sometimes apathetic support with difficulties in resolving issues.

It eliminates the need for expensive, traditional on-premise hardware, providing a scalable, subscription-based model that allows businesses to adjust and save on operational costs.

Not providing other features in base plan.

some carriers are not supported in vonage for sending SMS.

User-Friendly with Great Integrations, But Needs Better Call Transfer and In-App Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and offers helpful integration with the ATS. I appreciate receiving timely updates, whether through missed calls or email messages. The call quality is high, and text messages are delivered instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring calls between the desktop and mobile versions often doesn't work as smoothly as it should. It would be much more convenient if the app or software displayed the number of calls made directly within the app, instead of requiring users to visit the website for reports. Additionally, having access to call recordings within the app or software itself would be extremely helpful.

Vonage Business Communications addresses the challenge of fragmented communication tools by combining voice, video, messaging, and conferencing within a single unified platform. This removes the hassle of managing several separate systems and enables smooth collaboration among teams, regardless of whether they are in the office or working remotely. Personally, I’ve found that this leads to easier coordination with vendors, contractors, and staff, as well as improved accessibility from any location and more streamlined communication overall. The integration with ATS and other business tools further helps keep conversations organized and ensures that important information is always within reach, which ultimately boosts productivity and responsiveness.
Reliable Calls to USA & Canada, Minor Signal Drops Occasionally
What do you like best about the product?
You can call to USA and Canada at anytime, even if you´re working remotley or having vacations with no issues at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don´t like is that sometimes the signal got loss even if you´re having a good connection but works most of the times pertfetly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There´s no need to get a cellphone with a sim card or buy a expensive mobile datas from your local country, only create a corporative user and call.
Is very friendly and it does the function, easy to install

The web, desktop, and mobile applications are user-friendly, the portal is straightforward and the high-grade voice quality (HD Voice), calls are clear and consistent
What do you dislike about the product?
SMS functionality being unreliable, delayed, or outright shut down for extended periods due to technical or regulatory issues also it is difficult or impossible to export contacts or certain data from the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can add or remove users and features in minutes through the online admin portal, allowing the phone system to grow instantly with the company. Also, integrates with popular CRMs (like Salesforce) and productivity tools.
