Dropbox has kept me organized and allowed me to stay synchronized with clients and team members.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to keep my data synchronized across multiple computers, within my business and with clients. I particularly like the ability to share video and music so that clients can view my work without downloading it. Allows me to share without losing control.
Selective sync lets me put only the materials I need on each computer and the ample storage space provides a way to keep data archived for as long as I need it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've honestly used it so long that I can't think of anything I don't like. Maybe I've learned workarounds, but I haven't had a recent case where problems arose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to have an internal server just to keep my business running and in sync. Files are never lost on someone's computer instead of where we need in order to view and edit them.
Reliable, Simple, and Always Synced
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes file sharing and team collaboration incredibly easy. I love how seamlessly it syncs across all my devices, and the version history feature has saved me more than once. It's also great for storing large marketing files, presentations, and templates I use regularly. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to use—even for less tech-savvy team members.

The free storage limit can feel a bit tight, especially when working with high-res media files. I also wish it had a more affordable tier between the free version and the full business plans.

Dropbox solves the headache of scattered files and version confusion. It keeps everything in one place, synced across devices, and makes it easy to share with team members or clients. For someone managing multiple projects and locations, it’s been a lifesaver—saving time, reducing miscommunication, and keeping our workflow smooth and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Dropbox is to use. It integrates directly into my hard drive, which makes accessing and organizing files seamless. Sharing files is super simple, and everything syncs quickly across devices.

Honestly, I don’t have any complaints—Dropbox has worked reliably for my needs.

Great all in one storage source
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can upload and download files on the go and be able to access from multiple devices... I use this every day and am happy to see if it works within Apple framework

The app's user-friendliness... when I am on the app some times navigating or uploading can be a bit of a pain

It’s really easy to store, access and send large files without a hassle. Previously I would just store all my files on my computer and I would run out of space quickly. With Dropbox, I never have to worry about that again!

Really there is nothing I dislike about Dropbox.

Dropbox is one of my favorite tools for organizing and sharing my work. It’s really easy to store, access and send large files without a hassle. Previously I would just store all my files on my computer and I would run out of space quickly. With Dropbox, I never have to worry about that again. Dropbox also gives me piece of mind knowing that my files are backed up and safe in the cloud.
Love Dropbox and use it for ALL my file management.

Keeps everything organised, allows me to easily share folders with people without emailing them across and all while not having to take up storage on my devices.

That I can access or upload files from whenever I’m at and how easy is to share files with others.
I work a lot with videos and Dropbox is fast to upload and process when I’m in a rush to share them.

The constant push for upgrades, I had an upgrade before but is not worth the money because I don’t need to keep my files forever. Most of my work is ministry work and I already pay too many subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s my back up after working on my videos and graphics. I use to move files from my laptop or work computer to the church’s Mac with flash drives but now I upload everything before a service and download the entire folder when I’m ready

What do you like best about the product?
The price for Dropbox is very reasonable and I get plenty of storage for the price. I can use it for work, home and different organisations that I volunteer for.

I don't think there's anything I dislike about Dropbox!
