What do you like best about the product?
It saves my computer from getting bogged down with files I don't always need access to. Allows me to easily share files with collaborators.

Sometimes I need a file and need to wait for it to populate before I can access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly just making it easy to share files quickly with collaborators and edit on the same file.
Dropbox is a great small business tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and my clients can proof, download or comment on their projects. Everything is organized to my preference and I use it for long-term data storage as well. It's secure so I use it for my business documents with password protection and viewer history. Searching is easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no specific 'dislike'. That's why I would rate it high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had a problem yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I have set up Dropbox to automatically download my iPhone photos so that I have them backed up. I also use Dropbox to hold my work files (I'm a freelancer).
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit frustrating at times how Dropbox organizes their home page.

Saving my files in a place that I can access anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I can connect the files to my computer file directory and my cell phone. I can now access my files whenever I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have multiple accounts for work and personal so syncing to the correct drive has been a challenge at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share files with an international work force.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature of dropbox is that you can share links to your folders with anyone. It's easy to collaborate with others
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to see all of my items clearly in an organized way. You can search for things and find them, but I'd like the online user experience to be laid out in a more logical way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is what I use to hold large files and collaborate with anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a ton of photos and videos. I love using dropbox to house, backup, and organize all of stuff! It's all amazing to keep track of and share my freelance design files!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loading videos and photos using data on my phone takes a bit. I'm not sure if it's the data or that my Dropbox has so many folders/files to get through.

Orgainization and storage size. I can back up my full phone and keep high resolution files all in one place

I love the ease of requesting files. I can easily add projects for editing and receive completed projects

Price jump between free and paid was bigger than I anticipated. Also which there was an offer for small businesses

I am able to send very large photos to be edited across the world without having to scale down the photo size
