Excellent collaboration space
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of a secured space to share with Clients and Colleagues. This service has continued to prove invaluable and has continued to provide tools to keep my business up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients are sometimes delayed in accessing the shared documents if they have storage limits on their end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to securely share content on confidential files.
Traditional is not always a bad thing
What do you like best about the product?
Most backup and file sharing applications try to organize your files for you but the one thing that I appreciate about Dropbox is that it allows me to maintain my own field folder system and the way that I like rather than trying to archive everything and face match and store things in Archive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst the file storage is traditional in that you can make your own folders and save them there is a downside of the platform itself doesn't feel quite as advanced as some others that use AI and face matching and other ways of organizing your data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox gives me access to large storage which means that I don't have to back things up on my hard drive, this also means that I can share things with people without taking up their cloud storage because they can access mine.

I don't like the reminders to upgrade my plan. I dont see them as necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a podcaster and webcast host. I need to share audio files with my clients for review before publiction. It is a great way to share audio files that the clients can easily listen to and have a central location for all of the files.
It's still around for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes to share everything!
I feel like there are far too many permissions hurdles to jump over with google drive, and many email servers block sharing from there where I don't run into those issues with Dropbox.

Dropbox is a no brainer!

Dropbox makes file backup and sharing so easy. Having everything backed up in Dropbox has saved my bacon multiple times when I've accidentally deleted or written over a file. It's easy to search your files and find what you need. And great to use with a team.

Nothing! I genuinely can't think of anything about Dropbox that doesn't work for my needs.

We have team members all over the country so being able to share files with each other is really important. Dropbox has been the easiest and most effective way to do that.

Huge fan of Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to share a file via URL link. My company uses Dropbox as a shared folder for all of our files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Dropbox used the same functionality as Google so you can view who is editing a file in real-time. I also wish I was able to access more than one Dropbox on the desktop version. I use Dropbox for professional needs and personal needs and it stinks that I have to choose which one will be accessible via desktop. I now use iCloud for my personal files instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me and my team to share files and access them on and offline from any device. We all work remotely, so this super helpful

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to keep files organized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Always knowing which "version" of a draft document is the current one and avoiding having people work on old, obsolete drafts.
