Long time user, always works!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and capable way to store files in the cloud. Organization is intuitive and sharing to others or between devices is easy and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all documents in one location it may be difficult to reobtain.

Easy to collaborate.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox provides an easy way to store and manage datas, especially big data like movies, software... the most thing I like that it supports a very fast upload which reduce the time. It also integrate into some applications on Android so it is easy to get data from Dropbox anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is quite high for me and do not upload parrarell for free users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has high speed for uploading and downloading. The way to manage files on Dropbox dashboard is also easy with a good UI.

Great product and very user friendly.

The ease of use. I love the app and everything about it. I use it daily.The features are great. I have never had to call Customer Support.

Extremely Helpful Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows direct to-folder storage solutions, that you can use across multiple computers and easily organize centralized files. The plan pricing and some additional collaboration features are extremely helpful.
I use Dropbox on a regular basis, and frequently use it to share client files or deliverables. I also us it to backup my system files as a secondary backup source. I also am able to easily access files across multiple devices, such as iPhone to PC.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the plan pricing, and the storage space associated with it. While most people will barely break their 1TB limit, there should be a tier between business and other users that have large files they wish to keep backed up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is giving me a way to backup my files online, and to easily access them across multiple devices. It also allows me to easily share files with other people, and to make collaborative changes.

I use Dropbox mainly as a way to send documents to different devices so that I can access them whenever I am. I also like the ability to share files with others and to be able to receive files

The amount of space in the free plan before having to upgrade the account

It makes it easy to use when travelling and at events, I can catch up on things and know that when I have access to my laptop, all the information is there
Professional and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which I am able to upload a file and have it immediately available to share with colleagues and business partners is flawless.

Nothing... I have not had any problems with the platform.

Getting files from one place to another without having to send massive email attachments.
