Fast, Safe and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
As a radio commercial producer, voice artist and sound designer, I regularly send time-sensitive media files to clients. The service must be fast, efficient and easy for the client to use. Dropbox has been my primary go-to service for many years. I love the ability to drop files into a folder on my desktop and have them delivered to the customer without them having to install cumbersome software that makes their experience difficult.
I can't comment on the customer support aspect of Dropbox because I have never had to use it. It just works!

I can't think of anything I dislike. It just works!

Exchange and delivery of large media files.

It's easy to sync and open documents within my devices

Nothing really but since I have a Google account, I use storage more there for files, emails and photos.

It's instant and saves so much time - instead of emailing each person individually,I just upload to Dropbox shared folders!

The UX/UI is clean, easy to use -- even for new users.

The only feedback I'd say is I wish it were cheaper. I get it though, it's a business and needs to make money!

We are a company with three office across three time zones with highly sensitive data. We need a safe and easy to use platform, especially because we have users of all levels of tech savvy.

What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with Mac Finder. Realtime syncing, easy access in the sidebar, etc.

Duplicate files created when my coworkers and I are simultaneously working on a file.

File sharing in our firm. It's benefiting our firm by allowing quick access to files rather than sending new versions by email:

Collaboration features, the ability to share files through link is very easy

There is not much downsides to it especially if you compare it with other products

I love that I can upload picture when I'm on the go via the Dropbox app. It makes my life so much easier and I can clear out space on my phone quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
My number one complaint would be issues with uploading longer videos. The other day, it took a couple hours, got to the end and then stalled.

It makes it so much easier for me to organize pictures and videos for my business, and it's so easy to quickly share with others.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used and now rely on Dropbox for years. It's easy to find my way around and is the best place to keep important files securely. I also allows me to share my student's class materials and lessons easily.

Often people are forced to create an account before they can view content from links I've sent.

I like the fact that I can backup files and access them when I'm not at my home computer, PLUS - I can share files with with others that would be too large to send by email.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has a fairly easy to use user interface, and offers easy access to files. Dropbox offers an easy and mostly simple way for users to share files with others, even if the file is a larger size.

Pricing may be a bit high for what is offered
