Reliable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Automatically backing up files, ability to send a link to files, easy to use mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn't have to drag an item from my computer to the Dropbox folder in order to send a link.
Also wish I could add some more storage but I'm only allowed to add 1TB of storage one time.

Ease of mind with having files backed up automatically. Ease of use with mobile app.
Great tool for teams and remote work
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. It integrates perfectly with my file management system. I can access it from various devices, which is important for working remotely. And it is easy to share files with collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Dropbox.

Accessing files across devices and sharing files.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is super easy to use and connects with all my devices (phone, laptop, computer) and is my preferred document storage space over iCloud. My favourite personal use for Dropbox is storing .ePub files that can be easily downloaded to my Kobo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when it updates it slows down my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of connection and fluidity between devices. No documents are ever lost.
Use it a lot for small business
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can use the file request feature to ask my dance teachers to upload songs to a folder. I also like that I can share links to files and you don't have to sign in to see it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is syncing issues, but that rarely happens. I've been using dropbox for over 10 years now.

Keeping all my files in one place so I don't have to rely on a harddrive
Old School but reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been around when we were figuring out cloud storage. I got it because I didn't want to lose my research and I lost my USB drive. What I love best is the DB evolves and hasn't become passe bit stay affordable.

The website version it is not as user friendly as I would like.

Having access my files noatter where I am.
Adequate but not stellar. Often slow to load and search.

Slow loading, not intuitive; opening files takes forever. Not easy to edit w/different office tools
