Helps me Organize Multiple Client Files
What do you like best about the product?
I work with multiple clients and have dozens of files for each, and Dropbox helps me stay organized with that on my phone, desktop, and laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I create a folder and share it with a team member, they are not able to upload large files into it unless they have a paid account, even if it's under the umbrella of my original folder. This can make it inconvenient for client work if it doesn't fit within their budget as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization + file storage
Dropbox is the simplest way to have files in the cloud. Fast. Simple. Reliable. Even for newbies.
What do you like best about the product?
The facility to get links to my information. Sharing something is a breeze. And It simply works. Nobody ask me nothing about how to dowload what I sent. I'm a Box, Google Drive and Dropbox user, each of them gives me something different.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little over the competition. At lease the last time I check. Other than that there are no downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work 100% remotely with different teams. And having shared folders with each group is the perfect solution. I don't have to think about realtime interaction. I just place files in a folder and I forget about this. Everybody can check and work with the files. The alerts that someone is working with the file is great.
Impossible to live withOUT Dropbox

It's everywhere! What I have in my laptop - like a customer list I can view on my phone or tablet if I'm away from the laptop. I keep photos for easy access from any device!

Honestly I do not have any! I find nothing wrong with it.

Confidence to leave my laptop at work and not drag it everywhere!

Dropbox is Quick and Easy Access to Files Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create, work on, and save a file from my phone, my personal computer, or my work computer and access it from the other devices swiftly and effortlessly. And, you can use tell when the file is "up to date" on any device from the Dropbox icon sync status.

I have enjoyed all aspects of Dropbox, from the orientation video to the generous storage to the multi-device functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a habit of jotting down a note or saving an article using one machine, and then want it on another. Dropbox allows access to files across devices, practically instantly and without emailing it to myself.
Dropbox keeps my business "chaos" organized and functional
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share different links to either edit or view the folder contents.

Lack of tiered pricing options for a Dropbox subscription. It would be great to have quarterly payment options.

Easy to use & multi-platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have multiple machines with multiple OSes: Windows, 2 different Linux distros, and Android. While there are a lot of options out there that are mutli-platform, Dropbox works well across the platforms with minimal fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Linux (Ubuntu) version is a little dated in management/integration, but nothing that really prevents you from using it's full feature set.

Syncing large amounts of content between machines (and people).
It's my Foundation - works, accessible multiple ways
What do you like best about the product?
It is universally accessible. Mac, pc, mobile. It is also configurable to allow other users designated access to files.
I also like the file retrieval option. When removing DB from an old laptop, I accidentally ended up deleting all my repo.
Fortunately, I could login through the Web interface and restore the files...

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an obvious and easy way to decommission and remove DB from a target endpoint. I've now switched jobs a couple times and had to remove DB -- I'm always jittery that I might accidentally delete files from the store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick access to content no matter what platform and where. I can make files globally accessible, so that I don't have to mail things around.
It allows other co-collaborators the access they need.
