I feel like the user interface is very user-friendly.

I also like that Dropbox is very much straightforward and user-friendly, which makes it a great pick for teams. Its integration capabilities with tools like Slack and Trello enhance its functionality and streamline project management. When I first used it, it was really easy to set up and use, as all I had to do was sign up, and I could easily collaborate with my teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan on Dropbox is quite limited compared to competitors. You only get a small amount of storage, and sometimes handling large files feels slower compared to some competitors. A bit of speed optimization on that front wouldn't hurt. The collaboration features could be smarter. While it integrates with some tools, it's not as seamless for real-time document collaboration as some platforms like Google Workspace.
