I can store many files even the large ones.

Eliminates the need for physical storage devices by allowing access to files from anywhere with an internet connection.

Works really well, especially when sharing files cross domain. Plus the comment function is great.

Comment updates and that notification to shared users who have the access.

Sync at times has a pauses and should flag say red.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a podcaster, I find Dropbox to be very simple user friendly tool to navigate my various vocal tracks and scripts.I like the fact that the encyrption is excellent for protecting my data. Hosting a weekly show, I can not afford to have my data ruined. I like how easy it is to interfact with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Having it sync to all my devices is a major plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
My major issue is the cost. I use the basic free plan with stores only 2 GB. Paying the expanded plan is not in my budget at this moment.

The ease of sorting my various files is a plus.

Ease of use is a big one. I love how simple it is to upload and share files.

Sometimes the storage space is the measure issue.

I use Dropbox for cloud content collaboration to store, share, and co-edit files in real time while maintaining version control and seamless integrations with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Looker Studio.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is best for the company's which have their existence around the world, so this tool makes thing much easier in sharing the document and the option for restriction which is highly recommended, overall the product is very good and easy to implement and use it, we use the dropbox on a daily basis.

Cost wise, it has to be cheaper, sometime too many loggings are going out of budget.

Sharing the documents for my fellow collegues and it is the tool which is used for BCP.

Dropbox is easy to use, easy to implement and simple to integrate. It's a simple file system that allows us to organize and distribute files quickly.

Nothing really, it does its job really well.

Since we are a remote company, we needed a file sharing system that allowed us to collaborate and have shared access. Dropbox integrates with a lot of our shared tools so it was a no-brainer.
Reliable cloud storage and seamless collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive UI, collaboration and real-time editing that enhance my team's work. Also one can acess documents from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I like it much, but the free plan has limited storage also the pricing is quite high as compared to the competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No doubt it solves the storage problem. It eliminates the need for email attachments, reducing clutter and improving workflow efficiency. And the integration with other services makes it way more of my liking.
