What do you like best about the product?
I like the file synchronization and sharing features; they’re extremely reliable. The interface is clean and intuitive. I especially appreciate the seamless syncing across devices, as well as the ability to share large files with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
i feel the pricing is slightly on the higher side compared to some competitors, especially when extra storage is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps in centrailze document storage and ensure everyone in the tam has access to the largest file version. It improves workflow efficiency and keeps our document structured and secured. Helpful in sahring the files, attachments, secure external sharing with partners and clients.

Fast and User-Friendly with Handy Desktop Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I usually use Dropbox to store and share big files between teams. I find it fast and easy to use. I really like that it has a fully integrated desktop app, which is really handy. It's super easy to upload files or check what I have, even on Macs. The initial setup for my team was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that basic storage space is very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to store and share big files between teams. It's fast and easy to use, and the fully integrated desktop app makes file uploads and access seamless, even on Macs.
Great File Sharing, but the UI and Folder Organization Need Improvement

Access to shared files - link directly to files
What do you dislike about the product?
user interface & the folder organization isn't the best, would love a cleaner way to scroll and find what i need

Clients and Account team and Ads team all has access to a folder with their information in it, but i have to preview each one to see what in it very well at all

I believe functionality wise Dropbox's integration with larger ecosystem is inferior when put comparison to GCP.

The only problem it solves for me is storage by providing me cloud storage

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox makes it easy to share documents. We have all our clients and private information on the cloud with no issues until today. The initial setup of Dropbox was very easy and friendly. I find it to be a great product.

Sharing files with non-Dropbox users can be difficult, especially when exchanging large files like video files over an hour long.

I use Dropbox for storage and sharing information with clients and courts, making it easy to share documents and manage client files.
Versatile, Subscription-Free Document Delivery That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very useful for document delivery, and you don’t even need a subscription to view documents. It’s also quite versatile, which makes it easy to use in different situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really see any downsides so far; it seems great overall.

It’s been helping with the delivery of legal documents, and it also supports proper case documentation via email.
