Simple, Reliable File Syncing and Smooth Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is how simple and reliable it is for keeping my files synced across devices without any hassle. Sharing and collaborating also feel really smooth, thanks to the clean interface and the straightforward link-sharing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can feel a bit high compared to some alternatives, especially if you need additional storage. And while it’s very reliable overall, some of the more advanced features and integrations don’t feel as flexible or as intuitive as they could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the challenge of accessing and sharing files across different devices and teams without confusion or version conflicts. It saves me time and keeps everything organized in one place, which makes collaboration feel smoother and more efficient.

Easy Document Management, Needs Better Large File Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for both work and personal activities. It helps me save all my documents and pictures and holds a lot of information, which is very easy to locate. I really like that I can drag my documents or pictures to drop into the app. This feature means I don't need to resave and look for a file, making it very convenient. The initial setup of Dropbox was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we save large files, it slows down. I have some ZIP files I cannot save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me save all my documents and pictures, holding a lot of information that's easy to locate. I can drag and drop files without needing to resave or search for them again.

Good cloud storage. Easy to use & performance is super & AI integration is also good.

Sometimes link are not working & we have to upload it again

Dropbox's speed at which files are uploaded and shared is pretty amazing.

No downsides. It doesn't stand out in an already saturated market of cloud-based storage platforms.

File storage is increasingly a larger need for me. Dropbox allows me to securely upload all my files and keep them organized in a way that allows me to access them from any device.

Secure storage is always I priority. It benefits me when I need to share with those outside my organization.

trying to organize it was difficult for me, also kept getting running out of space, when there was very little in the dropbox

Nothing, it works great. All documents are available and up to date when I need them.

If any - seamless backup, even with several units linked.

It syncs files we haven't chosen for syncing.
It erases files on our computers, unclear why.
Sync between different computers sometimes means files disappear totally or partly.
Folders are corrupted and are not recognized as folders anymore.
When unchecking files we do not want synced, they are erased FROM THE COMPUTER!
No support information on how to get rid of the problems.

It seems good for a start. And we have used Dropbox for distributing large files to customers a few times. But there are better, more reliable alternatives.

The ease of use. And you can transfer and share a variety of files
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really. sometimes things time out which is annoying. but besides that it's pretty convienient to use.

Easy access to files and media without having to have a hard copy, or be in person to save and transfer files.
