Solid, consistent, and always adding new features
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox's best feature is its consistency and predictability as a cloud storage solution. They are a software company that understands the value proposition of its core functionality, and it works towards ensuring that its customers can always depend on it for their storage needs. They also pursue a number of added benefits that ultimately enhance the primary reasons why you use them in the first place: cloud storage that is available on any device. I appreciate their ambition to add new functionality to their services, but I'm a loyal customer because of their consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The added business features, such as multi-person collaboration, are somewhat underwhelming at face value. While I appreciate Dropbox's dedication to creating creative ways to enhance its customers' experience, I have found very few of these additions to be essential to my day-to-day operations and routines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox's ubiquitous device functionality is a major asset to my productivity. I can have a high-quality experience whether I'm on my browser, using the iPad application, or on my phone, which enhances my ease of use and productivity considerably.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dropbox has allowed me to efficiently organize and share my work-related files.
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Dropbox is that there's so much versatility with the platform. I can not only organize my files in a neat fashion, but also directly edit my Microsoft-based documents through the platform with ease. Furthermore, it's really easy to collaborate on documents through Dropbox, given the file and link sharing services that it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally wish that there was a single button that could directly open a document in another tab (instead of first going to "Open" and then clicking the next tab option). I feel like a shortcut that could do this efficiently would make the platform even better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the problem of the confusion associated with multi-person projects. When there are over 6 or 7 people editing one document, it can be difficult to track who has editted which version. Luckily, Dropbox has resolved this issue by allowing users to independently download and edit their own versions of a document. Then, the user can just label the document with a new timestamp to indicate it's the newest version. This process is made with ease through Dropbox's user interface.
