Dropbox Keeps My Files Organized and Accessible Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Dropbox is that it gives me one place to keep all my files, so I don’t have to worry about losing them. I can save documents, pictures, and videos, and then open them later from my PC, phone, or tablet. It’s especially useful when I’m working on something in different places, because I don’t have to email files to myself anymore.
The biggest upsides for me are that Dropbox saves my work automatically, makes it easy to share files with other people, and lets me send links instead of attaching large files to emails. It also keeps everything backed up in case my computer crashes. Overall, Dropbox helps me stay organized and makes it easy to access my files from anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful thing about Dropbox is that the free version doesn’t give you much storage space, so you can run out of room quickly if you have a lot of documents, pictures, or videos.
For me, the main downsides of using Dropbox are having to pay for additional storage and the risk that if you accidentally delete something and don’t notice right away, it can be harder to recover later.

Great for Convenience, But Pricing Falls Short
What do you like best about the product?

For older users who are used to accessing files they need on their drive or using Mac Finder, it is convenient. The initial setup of Dropbox was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox became too expensive for us to justify, considering that Google Drive offers free 1 TB storage for nonprofits and integrates better with Gmail and other platforms we use. Dropbox needs to consider discounted pricing for nonprofits.
