I love Dropbox. It helps keep all my data at my fingertips, whether I'm on my PC, phone or tablet.
What do you like best about the product?
I can sync, backup and access all my date on every device.

I wish it was easier to access quickly access starred folders in a single click.

That I can share certain shared file "links" with my clients. Other subscriptions have this option, but they aren't as user friendly.

Sometimes I wish the price point was a little lower to compare to OneDrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing shared files with my clients and helps prevent meetings that could just be a file sent. When I update the file, the link is also updated accordingly so my clients always know they are looking at the most up to date document.

Dropbox makes it incredibly easy to access your files from anywhere and share them with anyone—whether you’re collaborating with a team or sending a quick link to a friend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they didn’t discontinue the Showcase feature. It was such a great portfolio alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of keeping everything available from any device. It eliminates the hassle of emailing large attachments or digging through folders by making file sharing fast and seamless. For me, it means I can collaborate in real-time, stay synced across devices, and always know where to find what I need—whether I’m at my desk or on the go.

It integrates well with Mac and it is nice to be able to access files anywhere and not have to worry about them syncing.
