Everything I need in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to access my files from any of my computers or my phone, from anywhere I am. Also, the protection of loss of files is also a great safety net for guarding your most important files. Customer support helped me when I needed it, and with a quickness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any issues to write about with dropbox at this time. Having used it for 5+ years I have always had success with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have access to my files at any time and in any place, on any device.

great product
What do you like best about the product?
its fast and easy to use. we use to spend hours setting up ftp files to transfer now in minutes we can upload and control who see content. any time i have had an issue customer support has helped me to fix issue. theres so many features and its intergration is so simple. we use drop box every day

cost but its well worth the subsription fee

What do you like best about the product?
I like that sending and receiving large files, including photo files, are a snap with Dropbox. No muss. No fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is doesn't provide more free storage space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Dropbox best solves is storing large files that would otherwise not be able to be stored. It's benefitting me because I can log into Dropbox from anywhere and have access to my files.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to store and share music production files and it's a breeze, specially for collaboration.

So far, no downsides about Dropbox. It's been amazing.

Dropbox has given me a great way to share my files/music with my students.

It is so easy to upload and to download. And to share!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for Dropbox to give teachers a discount- it would encourage teachers to use such a valuable resource! It's not like we are paid well.

It's giving me a platform to share large files with my students, and helping our choir know their parts.
Dropbox is easy to use with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox can be part of my finder folder on my Mac. No need to have the website open to add files and the organization is simple because it follows the rest of my filing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be blocked by organizations, so sharing large files has to be done another way. Not really a knock on Dropbox, but it would be helpful if large organizations trusted it for file sharing.

Backing up files to the cloud, sharing with clients, having a single source for materials throughout a group of consultants.

I can access any documet from anywhere at anytime. And I feel secure they will never be lost.

Nothing. I have never had an issue with it.

Great storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for more than 6 years, and I "dump" everything I want to keep in Dropbox. I can organize easily and look back what I saved in the past easily. This is my best solution for storing old photos, videos and documents. I use almost daily to store my business documents as well as personal items. It is easy to integrate with other apps, and no confusions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to share large files via email as attachement, but using cloud content collaboration make it easy for me to share long videos or large documents.
