Best cloud storage ever
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that's it's in the cloud. Doesn't take up unnecessary space and fast upload times

Nothing. Its honestly amazing. Better the Apple iCloud storage

Solving the issues with no tags.

How easy it is to use and the fact you can download on app. Apps also works pretty well.

The app can be improved as the folders and sub folders are not easy to find.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE having one year of version history saved. I've had to use that feature several times in recent months due to files being accidentally deleted. I also love being able to retrieve all my files from any computer I'm working at due to everything living in the cloud. That makes remote working so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love having peace of mind that all my files are safe in the cloud in case anything was ever to happen with my laptop's hard drive.
Easily integrates and easy to share
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox for years after losing some important documents when my computer died. Now I back up everything from my computer on Dropbox automatically. It's also easy to save documents from my phone and back up my photos using Dropbox. I also use it to share files, especially larger files that Gmail can't handle. I prefer it to the Box software I use at work because it integrates everything so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no dislikes about Dropbox.

It helps me share files that are too large to email, such as design files.

Dropbox is extremely adaptable. Works well with any system. Very good security measures.

Space options. Only allows up to 2GB for free then the next tier is 2GB. Should be something in between

As a daily user of Dropbox for collaborative purposes with my co-workers, I have found the platform to be an indispensable tool for seamless file sharing, communication, and project management.

I don't like how we cannot have multiple users editing the same file at once.

Dropbox has saved my life as a photographer
What do you like best about the product?
I'm constantly terrified of losing files as I shoot both commercial and Family photography, and my transition to dropbox several years ago has been a lifesaver from that aspect. My husband and I also share files across businesses and locations, which is clutch with as much as we both travel.

I don't like the smart syncing function. Even when I disable it, it messes up my ability to use Dropbox on my laptop

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for several years to manage my work folders for delivering content to my photography clients. It has been a simple and easy to use system to ensure they have constant access to their content, and that I can easily share and upload from any of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to download multiple items at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling simple, easy sharing of content to my clients in real time and allowing them to provide me with quick responses.
