Reliable Cloud Storage Platform for Personal, Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use between the desktop and mobile experience. For me, it's a great way to bridge the gap between devices when doing content creation. I can edit photos on the desktop/laptop, export the final products to Dropbox and get them flawlessly onto a mobile exclusive platform. It is also reasonably priced, as well for the amount of storage provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish searching for files was a little easier, but it's certainly not a dealbreaker and, as someone who is uploading fairly consistently, I know I just have a lot of content in there. The average user likely wouldn't have any issue finding the files they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my ability to get content from my computer to my mobile device without a lot or hurdles.
Great product that satisfies a modern-day need
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to sync and access any file on almost any device. It works great with any filetype, a variety of devices, and does a solid job cooperating when wifi or data is unavailable. The interface is also sleek and easy-to-use, so it provides a relatively hassle-free experience. Extra features like a built-in PDF viewer are also handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price plans aren't really ideal. The free plan of only 2 GB is quite small for modern-day files that are continually getting bigger and bigger in size. Obviously the company has to make money, but they don't seem to be updating their plan appropriately to provide a free option for those who can't pay for the service. Also, there should be lower tier, more affordable paid services available for those who simply want to buy more storage space - nothing else. Maybe even pricing by the GB would be a nice option for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing files across multiple devices seamlessly without the use of other devices or manual downloads
Dropbox is way better than icloud
What do you like best about the product?
I had many issues using iCloud to back up family photos. Dropbox has made the process seamless even between my non apple devices. I highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was cheaper, but honestly it's a pretty good value overall compared to other products on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sharing files between my team very easy
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is great for storing and accessing documents. It makes creating folders and drives for clients and donors. It also provides an alternative to Google Drive for files that need to be password protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not seem to have a nonprofit discount. It also does not have groups or special customizations for the dashboard to create client drives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, folders, impact and data sharing for small nonprofit organizations.
Reliable cloud storage and file sync
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for years to sync files between multiple machines and handhelds. Easy to configure and set up, and reliable updtime. Set it and forget it solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Arbitrary max-machine sync limits on the free plan will be detrimental to new users, but this can be gotten around with a premium subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping files synced between machines and users.
My usage has been for organization of a flow of artwork, both business and personal.
What do you like best about the product?
Syncs across devices very well, and does it almost instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always forget to use the toolbar icon; usually use web-based access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People need to see the latest iterations of art work, and it's handier to use Dropbox than to use mass emails to send bulky files.
Peace of mind

I appreciate not having to think about the constraints of storage space, especially with the capability to store files offline and not take up space on my local computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to edit documents/images/etc. natively within Dropbox web and mobile apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share files of any format easily between my own devices and with others.
Dropbox is fast, streamlined, and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having whatever file I need when and wherever I need it. I have so much storage space and as a digital creator with many large files, Dropbox is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say, even though Dropbox includes many more features, would be the price (16 a month).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easiness of sharing files and collaborating with others. The ability to preview files like Adobe files before opening/sharing is great. Love the file support.
