The only box that saves space and time
What do you like best about the product?
I love the accessibility of Dropbox across multiple platforms. I'm able to access all pictures, videos, and files on my phone and computer seemlessly saving me space on my digital device and time from searching and downloading.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I keep having to buy more space. Dropbox enables me to hoard pictures, etc. that I really dont' need. That's my problem though. LOL!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage is an issue for me. I never want to get rid of memories I have stored on my phone, etc. The other advantage is being able to access pictures from anywhere across devices. I create a lot of social media content for my business, Dropbox is my go to for images, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is reliable! Files get saved instantly, don't disappear, they are easily accessible online and offline. It's simply like having them on your computer and instantly also online. I use Dropbox every day. It's somewhat expensive but absolutely amazing and I trust it much more than other solutions where I had files that went lost (not on Dropbox). It is very easy to use and you see the green dot next to every file so that you know whether is uploaded in the cloud yet or not. I also like the feature where I can easily share a folder and it only shows to the people with the link and not automatically just anybody, while I can take the access away at any time. It is great for sharing with both externals and among Dropbox users. I really recommend Dropbox to everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the price, it's quite costly comparing to other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox keeps my files safe and I can rely on it. With other solutions I am not sure whether they won't disappear because it happened. I am sure that I will always find them in the cloud. There are no crashes, no bugs, it just runs smoothly and reliably. It is great to know that I will always find all of my files online. The way Dropbox syncs the files is also very practical.
Amazing experience using dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
my laptop was under ransomware attach and fortunately my important files were synced on dropbox. even though ransomware was able to change all files on my laptop but surprisingly when i checked my dropbox folder , my all life saving files were saved and he was not able to do anything on those files.

Nothing as such. never found anthing which is not worth using

everything is available on the move. even though i switch to multiple laptops, i have all my files accessible anywhere.
A very useful tool which has been a life-saver for many years

The availability of the data stored on Dropbox anytime and anywhere.

Haven't come across anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am always travelling and its not always possible to carry my laptop along. But thanks to Dropbox, all I have to do is, upload the files I may need during travels on the Dropbox folder and I can use those files/data anytime anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is available on the go. Whenever i need anything, it is available on my phone or my laptop

a limited space. Free users have limited space.

My mane problem of documentation available, whenever i needed them and dropbox is solving the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I Dropbox makes my files readily accessible from anywhere, and that I can share them easily with anyone.

I think it may slow my PC down a bit, especially at startup.

It allows my clients to easily send me files, which was a real problem before. They would have to email them or find some other way to share them, and with larger files this was often a problem for them.
DropBox--My Cloud Storage GoTo for YEARS
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of sharing my files across devices with Dropbox. I have used it for over 10 years as it was one of the first cloud services offered. I love it--once it is set up, it is easy to use. It is my DAILY go to for files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had an issue with syncing my Dropbox files on two occasions. Both were the result of an upgrade or device changed, but the implementing of syncing files without duplicating them was tricky. I did not find customer support for this particular issue, other than the info on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox resolved my issue with lost files and having to stop/start from different devices. It alleviated anxiety over losing documents, and it provides me the luxury of accessing detailed files when I am out of the office.
Great way to organize
What do you like best about the product?
All team members are able to organize, view, and communicate with each other easily

I have not found any dislikes so far from any team members
