What do you like best about the product?
As a longtime Dropbox user, I love that the folder function is fully integrated with my desktop and it is easy to set up. Frankly, this may be it's biggest advantage over Google Drive! I use it every day as my main cloud storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionaly sync will glitch up and you'll get conflicted files. At lesast Dropbox automatically saves what you are working on, so as long as you are attentive you don't lose anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with colleagues around the globe.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, with brand recognition! My files are all there waiting for me in one organized place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get confused and do or don't start a new folder when I had intended the opposite.

Very easy to use an access on all devices. Interface is amazing.

Nothing yet! Works as it is supposed to at all times.

It is easy to use and the app is amazing

Ithere isn't anything I dislike. Extremely easy to use and it has my files where I need them when I need them.

Able to file share with coworkers

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily scan/photograph all but the most essential documents and images and store in the clouse. I no longer worry about damage to paper copies or loss on a local digital environment.

I really have nothing negatives to say. I very much appreciate the continuous quality improvements made to correct issues that I didn't even know were there.

Dropbox allows me to share files with the right people internallyt and extermally (creatives, accountant, clients, etc.)

For someone who becomes frustrated with technology in general, I have found DropBox to be extrememly helpful, easy to use, and helpful for sharing or saving digital files. I use it daily. My favorite feature is probably the document scanning tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything that I dislike about DropBox. Perhaps if the subscription were less or free would make the experience flawless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ultimate return has been time. No more clumbsy tactics for sharing files and using my printer to scan documents.

When I delete files I have to delete one at a time. Can't delete groups

The ability of having all my files with ME no matter where I am in the world. Words can't even explain what that doe's and how liberating that is.
