Why Dropbox Is Still My Go-To Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I like its graphics and how easy it is to upload and download files. Most importantly, it’s very user-friendly, and it’s simple to upload anything—any type of file—to the cloud, where your file will stay there forever. You can access it from anywhere; all you have to do is log in with the same account you used to upload your data. You can also use it to provide version control for your code, software, and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, but one thing that can be improved is its uploading speed. Also, it could increase the free storage given to non-pro users. In my experience as a non-pro user, I face a lot of problems while using it, and most importantly, the annoying pop-ups like "your free storage is full ,Upgarde to pro and get bla-bla" become irritating sometimes. I’d advise increasing the free space—not just because I’m a non-pro user, but so users can experience the full features of the cloud storage without constant interruptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox and its cloud services because sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, important files get deleted. In those moments, Dropbox becomes an angel for me. Let me share what happened last week: I had my important course lectures on my PC, and after opening them a few times, they got deleted by mistake. I had a mini heart attack because they were very important to me. Then, all of a sudden, I remembered that I had uploaded those lectures to Dropbox, and I was able to recover all of them from there.
Seamless and Secure File Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for safely storing files online with easy retrieval from anywhere and video from multiple devices. I like it for its seamless file sharing, user-friendly interface, file recovery options, and mobile access. These features combine to create an efficient and flexible workspace, making it smooth and secure. The initial setup of Dropbox is generally considered straightforward and user-friendly. I’d rate it a solid 9 and I highly recommend it to my friends or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the free tier restrictions and pricing structure and limited files preview options because these areas for improvement highlight potential hurdles that can impact the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like its seamless file sharing, user-friendly interface, file recovery options, and mobile access, making it an efficient and flexible workspace.

Easy-to-Use, Easy-to-Access File Sharing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to use and easy to access file sharing platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's trying to evolve into more than just a file sharing platform and it's losing focus on its core product.

Sharing large files that cannot be sent via email. It makes it easy for the other person to download it.
Reliable, Seamless File Sharing and Syncing with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is reliable and easy to use, and it makes file sharing and collaboration feel seamless. Automatic syncing across devices, a simple folder structure, and a strong version history make it straightforward to manage files without constantly worrying about data loss. Sharing files securely with external stakeholders is also simple and intuitive, and performance stays consistent even when working with large files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can become expensive as storage needs grow, especially compared to some alternative options in the market, like Box or Egnyte. File organization and permissions can also become harder to manage at scale, and advanced security or admin controls are often tied to higher-tier plans. Occasionally, sync conflicts can happen when multiple users edit files at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps solve the challenge of accessing, syncing, and sharing files across multiple devices and with team members. Rather than emailing large attachments or dealing with confusion over which version is the latest, Dropbox keeps everything centralized and up to date in the cloud. For me, this improves collaboration, provides reliable backup and version history, and makes it easy to access my files from anywhere. It also streamlines sharing with external clients and collaborators in a secure and efficient way.

The initial setup of Dropbox was straightforward, which was a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free storage space is limited, which makes it difficult for me to back up all my documents without upgrading my plan. Also, synchronization can be slow when uploading huge files.

Dependable File Storage and Sharing with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is highly dependable in file storage and sharing. The sync speed is regular and it is compatible with devices with minimal set up. It is easy to share files or folders with other teams and version history is useful when one has to roll back changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage requirements can be costly to price, particularly when teams are involved. High-level plans are largely restricted to more advanced admin controls and security features. Sometimes, it may take a little time to synchronize big folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox assists in maintaining files at a central location and accessible to teams operating in different locations.
Easy to Use Across Desktop & App, but Subscription Prompts Can Be Distracting
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox was fairly easy to use once I got the hang of it. I was able to navigate through it easily and find what I needed with the click of a button. I also like that it has an add-on feature on the computer, and that it translates easily into the app from my computer. Overall, it’s a decent program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like Dropbox could improve by not always asking whether I’d like to subscribe, since it comes across as constant advertising.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me keep my affairs in order and stay organized.
