Easy for Small Organization
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small organization but we have a board of directors that all need access to many of our documents. We are always sharing documents with one another and the drop box is the best way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to find certain items as everything goes into a folder but mostly it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing a multitude of documents with 15 people at all times. It's much easier for everyone to have access in dropbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy for me to access all of my content on all devices. I pay for a larger storage capacity to hold all of my video projects for 4k video content and RAW photography files. That way, if my computer ever goes out, I have them all in a cloud solution so that I can just get a new computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had version history, I noticed Box has that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I constantly need to access files on multiple files between my desktop, laptop, work computer, and phone. Dropbox makes that super simple and the interface is easy to understand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it soles for me is having the peace of mind that my files are always backed up and ready.
VERY HANDY OFFICE TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't had any issues with my files at all since I started using Dropbox back in 2015. It is very user friendly and I would recommend it to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes in using Dropbox.

Dropbox is very helpful when I am placing documents by the month for our superiors to review and sign off on.
A life saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can log in from anywhere and my work is there waiting for me. I have folders set up for the research and writing of my dissertation. When my laptop crashed all my work would have been lost if I had not used Dropbox. Completely worth the money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything I dislike about Dropbox. It is easy and great for collaboration with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me stay organized. This helps lower my stress levels.
Good experience for sharing files among machines
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to share any files among machines without any careness. Additionally, when I need to share files with others, just sending URI generated by Dropbox is all what to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no good way to resolve conflicts automatically when multiple people work on the same file.

It allows us to share important files with others.
Easy to use and share files
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward site to use to add folders and files for those customers who can't access our ftp site.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I've experienced, the file space is good.

Dropbox fills the gap for the files that are too big to email and for our customers who can't access our ftp site.
An Excellent Way to Keep Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Dropbox keeps everything secure and gives one the freedom to log in from anyplace one may be, whether at work, home, school, or at a friend's house. Dropbox let's you have the choice of what you want to do, gives you the security of knowing your stuff if safe. I use Dropbox for all of the time for all of my writing needs, keeping all book covers and bookmarks in each of their own files, which makes it extremely easy to navigate through and figure out what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no real issues against Dropbox, at least at this time, and I've been using it for the past 10 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping keep everything organized and secure, and that is letting me focus more on writing and formating than worrying about whether or not the covers or bookmarks of my books is still going to be where I need them to be, when I need them to be there.
Dropbox is like a readily available memory card
What do you like best about the product?
One I like best in Dropbox is that it is very convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful is the limitations in the storage capacity when you don't apply for an upgrade. That's all.

The problem Dropbox solving is the protection of the privacy of my files. It benefits me a lot because I need to keep my files secure from theft.
Dropbox has been a stable point for our operations for years
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, always reliable and never messes up. Customer service is hardly ever needed but when you do need it , it is good. I use Dropbox daily and it is my go to for filing everything. It fits seamlessly into my whole computer set up on my Mac Book Pro. It is very easy to get it going and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is getting constant messages to upgrade to a different version or get more space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all our filing in one accessible and reliable space on the computer. So it cuts down time by having it all reliably at your fingertips.
