Everything, Everywhere, All in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Dropbox allows you to have more storage than most competitors. It's also more lightweight and has more features that I did not expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that Dropbox had more storage for the free version, seems like you can't do a lot unless you have a paid subscription from the get-go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is allowing me and multiple other collaborators to be able to pull all of our resources and all of our assets into one place that is interconnected and able to accommodate for our needs for the ever-growing content library.
Couldn't live without dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to store all my files in dropbox and sync across multiple devices. I don't save anything to my actual computer anymore. I love the integration directly into my file explorer so I don't have to go online to use dropbox, it was very easy to setup.

I don't really have any issues with dropbox. I literally use it for everything

The best cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for more than a decade. It simply works. I've tried other options but none of them works the same way as Dropbox. It's fast, reliable and secure. I use it mainly for backing up my phone photos in a daily basis but also as a backup storage for the most important documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox should offer plans with less storage. Not everyone wants/needs to pay for 2TB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing and collaboration are the main key points. I've been using it since university and those are my primary requirements.
DropBox is my go-to storage platform

The feasibility to upload photos from my phone and access them on the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is a bit clunky on the web version. It is not as intuitive and the flow feels off.

Helping to organize my personal photos/videos and allow me to access them on multiple devices.
Useful app for project work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for collaborative creative projects and I like how easily I can share my work with fellow contributors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may be wrong but from what I've seen it seems like if someone shares a folder with me, that storage size eats into my available storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have more space available for uploading files.
Dropbox user for 10 years now
What do you like best about the product?
I can access my files from any of my devices and I can share files as needed. I am a one person small business. Being able to store all my documents there allows me to give access to my bookkeeper, billing person, graphic designer and other professionals in their shared folders. Now I do not have to send them files or monthly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have not found something that is an issue as far as the functionality. I think the pricing is fair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud Storage needs, sharing files without WeTransfer.
