I have used Dropbox for over 4 years.
What do you like best about the product?
Using dropbox is way easier than other drives. Also the app is so smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two persons in the same cloud can't edit the same file at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to easily transfer files between me, my dad, and my nephew.

Dropbox is really easy to use it even especially easier to collaborate with people and access different files and documents independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would love to improve is additional storage to the minimum provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People can access the multitude files in independently from their local computers. It's made work really easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't really think about Dropbox much. Once I have it installed on my device, I rest assured that my files are safely backed up in the cloud.

I say this in jest but can you make it even cheaper?

Storage and Portability : I have peace of mind that I will be able to access my files elsewhere should I need to.

Lots of people use it and it's easy to use.

The price is high. it would be better if it was lower.

The best thing about using Dropbox is its seemingly use across several devices, as well as the 1-month recovery period of accidentally deleted files.

The price of Dropbox could be a bit cheaper.

The need to access data and files from various devices.

Ability to work on a single file accross multiple users and/ot platforms

I have not found a problem with it that I can say. It works pretty seamlessly for me.

It is very easy to drop files into folders and then pick them up on another machine in another location.

Although it is great for transferring files between my own machines it is a little less easy to transfer them to other people.
