What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an easy way to store and organize my life with an easy interface with macbook and OS systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes files are lagging sync and duplicate when they don't recognize the folder name, which makes it extremely difficult to use on the day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving my personal life and day to day use of documents.

Dropbox syncing and selective sync capabilities are best among the competitors.

The ability to selectively sync directories. To make files online-only or available off.

nothing coming to my mind about why I dislike Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an academic researcher, and I want my files to be quickly synced to an external location so that I won't lose anything in case of a sudden hardware failure. Dropbox is a copy of my data which I can safely backup on regular intervals.
Great online storage and file sharing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simple online storage allows user to safely store files in the cloud, freeing up hard drive space. Easilly and securely share files with coworkers, friends, vendors. Strong search capabilites. Easy to reorganize and reneame files and folders via web interface. For personal use it is as good but cheaper than Box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selective Sync (which lets you decide which items live only in the cloud versus in the cloud and on your desktop) is not robust, So it is a bit of a juggling act when deciding which files/folder will be synced to your desktop, especially if you have multiple machines/users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me manage years of assets and alows me to easlly share and distrubute files.
someone should invent it (if it weren't invented already)

I have files available on multiple devices. This helps as I am an appraiser and am in the field on many days.

I like how simple it is to organize things in folders.

It is a bit expensive for the amount of storage most people would need. Especially since other storage like Google Drive is completely free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to send a link to projects to others and have them access it safely. Specifically, I host a podcast with a friend and I can share our edited audio with her to review with a simple link.
