Fantastic visualization tool.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Amplitude is easy to stand up.
2. The OOTB charts are easy for the most data novice to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Raw sql exploration would be a great add on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude as our first line of visualization and data exploration. It is easy for everyone in the org to comprehend and begin using, and allows us to push towards a data first org.

The flexibility of event & user property
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a visualization such as a chart, but not sometimes it's not enough. I often download data and make my own chart on an excel sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a tool that help me monitor user journey and funnel conversion change over time

What do you like best about the product?
- funnel analysis & other types of charts
- possibility to create custom events
- easy reporting by using dashobards or notebooks
- Amplitude works reasonably fast
- release note feature is pretty useful (I can easily analyse my data as I know what could impact conversion)
- Amplitude adjust charts' URL with basically any change so I can share the link with my collegues and feel confident that they see exactly what I want them to see
What do you dislike about the product?
- it's rather a complex tool and requires some time to get familiar with all the features. Better integration with notion would be useful so I can see a preview of a chart (instead of taking a screenshot).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- analysing A/B tests
- funnel analysis
- monitoring my data on a daily basis is super easy as I don't need to adjust it every time
- I make better product decisions!

How deep you can navigate through user behavior.

Sometimes the tool works a bit slow and I spent more time than I initially planned.

I can know much better the users of the platform I manage.

Fast and straightforward discovery tool

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has given me a fast and straightforward data discovery experience like never before, where I as the user don't need to worry about data integration, let alone data cleansing, hence can be more focused on building hypotheses and deriving valuable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, integration with backend tracking data is still somewhat limited, many of the analyses thus can only rely on or based on frontend data which often not sufficient for certain use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Platform discovery, user engagement, segment-base retention, funnel to funnel behavior, etc.

Easy data analytics tool to get insights about your users and their behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use functionality to create metric dashboards and funnels to analyze your users' behavior. You can quickly learn how to use the application and share insights with your colleagues. It helped me a lot to drive a data-assisted culture within my company and convince the teams internally to invest in data tracking to measure the impact of our features and identify gaps in the product
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss some more powerful functionality to analyze the data and compare each other. It would also be great to have more functionality to integrate with other systems (e.g. Hubspot).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving data-assisted culture within the company and analyzing what impact the features have we ship. Also, identifying friction our users have and focusing on improving those via metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
the flexibility of using all the parameters and how fast it can generate all the reports you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes there's a data prune and it's kinda annoying when you need to refresh it multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working in the ott streaming platform and in the data-centric company, so it helps a lot.
