Visualization data and all the bells and whistles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of the tools and need high level training.

Especially with AI I can now easily make charts without skills

Very speedy UI, very attractive charts options which makes reading data easier (much more visually appealing than tableau)

Quite a steep learning curve, not very intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very user-friendly, and you don’t need to know any coding to get started. Since it’s one of the market leaders, it also offers integrations with other services, which makes it easier to fit into an existing workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes laggy when working with larger data sets. For our company of seven people, the monthly price makes up a significant percentage of our overall monthly spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anyone, in any role, can analyse data and produce clear, readable results that are easy to interpret.

Enhances Funnel Insights, Easy Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Amplitude Analytics helps me create chats, funnels, and cohorts, which help me identify user behavior on a larger scale. The funnel dashboard is particularly helpful in clearly identifying how many users land on one page versus how many reach the next, showing me the drop-offs and how people are interacting with those pages. It provides a grander detail on the whole user profile, which is really useful for making insightful decisions. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy; I just had to fill a form to get access, and then all the data was easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think of any, but yeah, if the AI agents don't understand as much as I would want them to. I think since it is early in stage, there would be a lot of improvements in that AI agent area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps identify user drop-offs and understand user behavior with new features, providing both micro and macro insights. It clearly shows user paths and drop-offs, enabling insightful decisions on user interactions.

Empowers Experiment Analysis & User Insights

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analysis I can run to understand how the users are behaving via the suite of analyses it offers - segmentations, funnels, user analyses, retention and stickiness charts, etc. Regarding experiments, it's really easy to set up charts to see the impact of different experiment variations on user behavior
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the main issue with Amplitude Analytics is some limitations in user segmentation in some charts. Specifically, I can't segment users by tenure. In this case, I have to resort to using other tools or directly query my data warehouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps me analyze user behavior without complex queries on the data warehouse, making segmentation easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Amplitude Analytics interface because of its convenience and flexibility in customization. I especially highlight the ease of creating funnels, the platform's flexibility, and the capabilities for aggregation, reports, and dashboards. This allows for quick data visualization and finding solutions to improve business metrics. I also note that the platform provides intuitive interaction after onboarding, and the integration interface is truly convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to improve Amplitude Analytics by adding AI assistants. It would be convenient if an AI assistant appeared directly on the platform and could quickly build dashboards with professional insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics for behavior analysis, conversion tracking, and funnel building. This allows for visual monitoring and analysis of data, building funnels and tables, which is convenient for analyzing promotions and actions to increase business value.

Responsive Interface, Easy Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface a lot—it’s clean, very responsive, and works fast. The JS SDK is also straightforward to implement and use, which makes integration easy. They offer solid reporting capabilities with templates, so it’s simple to set things up and track what I need. Funnel tracking is well done too, and you can add custom events there that match specific criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before the JS SDK was not that great out of the box so you have to implement web page visit tracking yourself, but looking now at it, they fixed it already
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to track visitor actions and reliably collect events, including custom ones. Its event-based system makes it easy for me to search through the data and generate reports, so I can access specific user profiles, see the exact actions they performed, and track sales funnels.

What do you like best about the product?
The behavioral analysis is powerful, and the granularity of event tracking is exceptional. It is very easy to integrate via REST APIs and SDKs, which is a huge plus for automation and backend workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be quite steep for non-technical team members. Additionally, the pricing model can scale very quickly as event volume increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude to identify user drop-off points in our conversion funnels. This allows us to make data-driven decisions to optimize the user journey and significantly improve our conversion rates.
