Intuitive, and as deep and detailed as you design your experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to build what I want to know and to which level of detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The level of customisation on the charts can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding content consumption in our product. That helps us improve features create new journeys and understanding what content is working
Powerful analytics tool for visualisation customer journeys
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to build out customer journeys and being able to pinpoint areas to address and optimise the product. I particularly like the user look up function which I have recommended to other members of the team to get used to Amplitude and the naming conventions of the metrics by going through specific customer journeys themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some chart features can be problematic to use when they are first introduced, with small discrepancies in the data. This could be tackled with training or useful documentation when a new feature is introdcued so users have a full understanding of how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics is showing us more about our product and we are also learning more about users that use both of our apps and being able to understand that behaviour will be extremely beneficial in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and functionality make building dashboards quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Key drawbacks for me:
- Lack of flexibility when using formulas
- No visualisation options when using Amplitude SQL

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics is making high-level usage tracking easy to monitor and share with wider stakeholders.
It's an amazing analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great feature to visualise the data and detail of capturing the events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, everything seems to be in place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the analysis of user journey on a day and lifetime and helps us identify the happy and irritating moments of any user.
Very helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Able to create funnels and map out the users' journey through the app. This allows me to understand the pain points of our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get extremely heavy at times and may require some time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help to understand the user journey on the client side and to validate hypotheses on analysis. Also act as an additional data source for data validation.
Amplitude is an easily usable product analytics tool, which has proven to provide value at M1.
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about Amplitude is how quickly I can put together a string of visuals capable of telling a story while also answering all potential stakeholder questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy Amplitude a great deal, however, the only thing I dislike at times is the user interface. As a product analytics professional, I have no problem understanding what's displayed on the screen at any given time. Unfortunately, my stakeholders often require some time to orient themselves with Amplitude's interface before they can digest the information being provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude has allowed M1 a quick and easy method for displaying how users progress through our onboarding process. This has directly impacted decision making around what that onboarding process looks like.
Excellent tool to gain insights quickly and effectively
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create charts on the fly to demonstrate data for others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some very noteworthy features are not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding of product performance and missed opportunities, being able to review things quickly to adjust when we see gaps or areas for improvement.
Great for business users!
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is great for product analytics and for business users who don't have extensive expertise in data science, like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
As one of the admins for Amplitude, I've found it difficult to manage access. I don't always get notifications of when users request access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude allows my product teams to analyze user behavior at a pretty granular level, which is helpful in understanding user adoption and retention and how to make decisions to drive better results for those metrics.
Fast and reliable tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is great. The mobile SDK is very well built and easy to integrate. It has rich documentation and has support for flutter. The web dashboard is great too and easy and fast to use. The new alert feature is what I was missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard UI/UX is good, but not great. It seems like an old software that uses a hamburger menu and adds unnecessary complexity to create new charts. Adding charts to a dashboard or notebook could be easier, transferring ownership too. Also, the organization to find created dashboards could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast analysis to decision making, sharing data with teammates and following product health up. It also helps to identify and debug problems, using the user look-up feature, which is pretty good.
Understanding App User behavior with Amplitude
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboard feature because it allows me to have a holistic view, by being able to place all the relevant graphs in one place.The funnel is another of the graphs that I really like since it allows me to see the number of users I have in each stage and their conversion % so I know what to improve
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see in the graph of user sessions per day how many users had a session greater than X time.I would also like to be able to customize the graphs more, for example what data or percentages to show
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the marketing aspect, it allows us to see what the behavior of the users of the different channels is, in order to improve our CAC.reducing costs or reallocating the budget
