Insightful Analytics, Occasionally Jumbled Events
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can create a dashboard from Amplitude Analytics to see what's working and what's not, and we can use various filters. It's helpful for showing the real-time use of features. I appreciate how the dashboard can show how many users are eligible for a new feature and how they are using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the events will be jumbled, and the sequence of user actions doesn't always align correctly. Additionally, the Amplitude Analytics server occasionally will be down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to track user events and resolve issues, monitor new feature usage, and create dashboards to show real-time user activity with filters.
Visualize and Understand Customer Flow with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create charts and dashboards to track various A/B tests or initiatives we conduct in Amplitude Analytics on a daily basis. I also value the support of AI, as it guides me or creates the chart for me when I have doubts about how to make a chart or don't understand something. Additionally, it allows me to understand the flow and conversion of my customers by creating charts that help me visually comprehend my customers' funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to fully understand some tools like paths. I also have trouble understanding what I'm seeing and what the texts in the boxes mean, perhaps due to the names we give them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics allows me to visually understand my customers' funnels through graphs, facilitating the analysis of flow and conversion.
SQL-Free Analytics with Helpful Slack Community and Easy Dashboard Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Amplitude Analytics is that I can analyze and collect data without having to learn SQL or use other analytics tools.
Also you can integrate it with slack and get mails for dashboard to keep a track on your product
Amplitude has it's own community in Slack, so there I ask questions and get quick solutions from both managers and other amplitude users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everytime I change something on chart, it takes up some time to apply the change. Sometimes the tab stops to load (I use chrome) then I have to reboot it

It provides better data literacy and visualization by its UI.

Great analytics tool for understanding product usage
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes it easy to track user behavior and analyze product metrics for our web service. The event tracking setup is intuitive, and the dashboards provide clear, actionable insights without much configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a bit steep for new team members, and some advanced features take time to fully explore and utilize.

Amplitude helps us understand how users interact with our product. We can identify drop-off points, measure feature adoption, and make data-driven decisions to improve the user experience.
Easy to Use, Enhanced Capabilities, Highly Recommended, but might be little slow
What do you like best about the product?
I think Amplitude Analytics is very easy to use. Compared to other similar tools I've used before, like Mixpanel, Amplitude is particularly user-friendly. I really like the segmentation and funnel features, especially the ability to create segmentation files and use specific filters without having to create cohorts manually. The sessions part is also very helpful for analyzing user sessions, like seeing the session length and applying filters to specific events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude Analytics is a bit slow, which might be a natural problem for this type of tool. Also, in the funnel section, the 'exclude users who did' feature doesn't seem to work properly for us, although this might be unique to our case. Also, it would be useful to have a feature that allows defining different conversion windows for different events in a funnel, such as having different conversion windows between the first and second, and the second and third events. Lastly, the data table section or data analytics part could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to easily analyze our onboarding funnels and product insights, helping us see user drop-offs, define cohorts for targeted ads, and assess feature performance, which is crucial for us. We are able to improve I2T,T2S, Retention kind of crucial business metrics by Amplitude. We are also creating cohorts to see the best performers which enables us to use this knowledge for targeting on ads.
Easy Event Tracking and Ad-Hoc Reporting with Helpful AI Charting
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, it's easy to setup event tracking with custom properties. Pulling ad-hoc reports is easy in the interface. Recently with MCP integration I'm able to quickly create charts with AI assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the way the pricing works, you have to be a bit selective with the events that you choose to send to Amplitude to stay within the limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to track customer behaviours across key parts of our app. We also run A/B tests so using Amplitude to quickly see how a test variant is going to make informed decisions is great.
AI-Powered Insights, Needs Better Marketing Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI agent a lot for generating charts. I also like having the journey view, as it allows me to see the full user journey. As a new Amplitude Analytics user, making charts and views isn't always intuitive for me. The AI agent helps by making the actual chart or helping me understand what certain views are showing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the marketing analytics could be improved. I feel like I often go outside of it to get what I want. There could be different views or a dashboard that we could customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics lets me see the full user journey and the AI agent helps generate charts, which is useful as I'm new and find chart creation not so intuitive.
Intuitive Analytics and Helpful AI Driven Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is easy to use and feels much more intuitive than other analytics software I’ve worked with, like Adobe Analytics. Over the last few months, the global AI agent has improved a lot, and it’s especially helpful for generating charts for more complex analyses. It also saves me from the frustration of endlessly scrolling just to find the right fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how “spaces” are set up in Amplitude. I wish there were a way to see all the dashboards I’ve authored in one place, even if they aren’t in “my space” (for example, if I moved them to a more public folder).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a web analytics team, and Amplitude allows us to see web data from all users, regardless of whether they have consented to cookies. The interface is easy to use, and it serves as a valuable single source of truth for reporting.
Powerful Analytics with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Amplitude Analytics has great, updated, and easy-to-manage dashboards. These dashboards help me understand where we are and where we need to go. They assist in understanding each feature and event usage, which is useful for predicting or analyzing user problems and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be enhanced to be more friendly or intuitive. Sometimes buttons aren't intuitive, and we spend a lot of time trying to understand where to go to do something. Also, AI could help debug things. Some words on buttons and journeys are not optimized for usage when creating dashboards or graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to analyze front-end usage, measure event usage, predict next steps, and understand user problems with updated and easy-to-manage dashboards.
