What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has numerous benefits and has been an amazing resource in my professional and personal life. The simplicity of having multiple dashboards within one source saves me so much time and adds so much value. I can move efficiently gathering the information I need. I am empowered to focus on specific tasks when needed with one click limiting the number of distractions. Amplitude also helps me to be a resource in meetings, keeping me organized to gather valuable data on the fly. Amplitude has been a game changer for me and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to make their virtual life easier and more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. Sometimes the application needs to be refreshed to pull accurate data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps to keep me connected to the customers I manage. I am able to see vital data in order to be proactive and serve our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement in code. Very fast(< 50ms) for pushing events. Provide feature like charts and dashboard to create visual charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude not have alert notification to slack and email based on event data rule which is very required in case we handling exception events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting events happened in system and helping us to create segmentation chart to see individual type of event and funnel to see user journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced analytics functionalities are extremely intuitive, which reduces the barrier of core SQL/Querying language skills, that not everyone possesses. On top of that, the visualizations are absolutely effective and aesthetic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absence of tutorials on how to use advanced features.

Easily Understandable analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I started using amplitude a few months back, initially, it took some time to get along, but then the more you use it, the easier it gets. UI is intuitive, and also one can easily create charts and dashboards here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, using this app for some time now, and haven't come across anything that I found not useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
charts and dashboards are helpful in understanding product/customer insights, retention can easily be tracked using retention charts.
Overall great product with event definition being the biggest difficulty

Majority of use cases are very easy to take care of

Usefulness depends 100% on how you define events, which Amplitude doesn't help much with (compared to some other tools)

Analytics is our data bible, we use it in all areas of the business.

The flexibility of segmentation. Variety of the report types. Excellent UI and fantastic support. New Experiment package is very helpful

The experiment package is still being developed, so it is changing very often. Also, it would be nice to be able to do a segmentation by "latest value" of user propery other than the value at the time of the observed event

Analysis of user behavior. A/B Tests. Investigation of support cases. Cross product (Portfolio) analysis

What do you like best about the product?
I was set up in Amplitude in no time. For me, the speed is what I like best. So simple to set up. So powerful to dive in.

I really can't think of much. It's one of the best dashboarding tools I've used.

Getting quick and easy access to information on how our users are engaging with our product.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to create charts and dashboards in Amplitude. The UI is intuitive. Amplitude reports help me get a better understanding of my ad campaigns performance by giving me insights into the post-conversion behavior of users I acquired.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some types of charts have unpleasing limitations. If you group data by some characteristics, Amplitude shows you only the top 7-12, etc groups. You can enable manually to see additional groups on charts, but after refreshing the page, changes might be reverted back by Amplitude.
Also, it isn't very convenient that the colors on charts change every time when I refresh the dashboard.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have a long period from a sign-up to the final conversion action, traditional web analytics solutions will not be able to give you the full picture of how different cohorts of your users behave. Especially, if these users use different devices while they are on this journey. Amplitude is a great tool to fix it.
