Real-Time Customer Insights That Drive Better Decisions
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful to find out how customers use our services in real-time. The metrics we collect help us make decisions that will affect our customers' use of our own products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding the information I need is daunting since it is largely dependent on admins across orgs that make decisions on what is collected. This means what is collected is not always clearly defined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem we have solved is understanding user drop-off rates during Meetings. Fixing this problem has been a boon to our business.

I use Amplitude Analytics for user behavior data and insights, which helps improve marketing campaigns and experiments. It's easy to use, accurate, and provides good visualization, making it highly valuable.
Effortless Reporting but Tier Restrictions Disappoint
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Amplitude Analytics is quite easy to set up reports. The initial setup was a piece of cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial paid tier of Amplitude Analytics has fewer MTUs than the free tier, making it unattractive to upgrade. The limited number of saved charts in the free tier feels more like a punishment than an incentive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics for a basic understanding of user behavior. I find it quite easy to set up reports.
Easy-to-Use, Data-Driven Insights Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I find Amplitude Analytics easy to use with a nice UI. I appreciate how it effortlessly fetches and integrates data points from other platforms, which makes everything accurate and easy to understand on charts and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what doesn't work for me is it can be a little bit manual but as time passes, I will get used to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps me understand sales and redemption, easily fetches data from other platforms, and displays accurate data on charts and dashboards.
User-friendly and Versatile for Detailed Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I find Amplitude Analytics user-friendly despite its many features. It allows me to quickly gain insights and to quickly create a chart or something similar. Additionally, I can filter or group in great detail. I also find it much more comprehensive and modern than other tools we have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to keep data clean and remove old events and properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to gain insight into how our platform is used, to identify low adoption of new features, to obtain customer feedback through surveys, and for detailed user data analysis.
Powerful Insights, Needs Better Real-Time Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Amplitude Analytics for tracking user interactions and live events in the app. It greatly solves user movement ambiguity in our system, allowing us to track user movements inside the app and make insights. I love that it gives me clear insight on how users visit my websites. It's splendid to be able to customize with our special tracking labels. I can check a user's movement from our database and see how they performed. I can label the users with their database IDs and thus track them more easily. The initial setup was quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customers seem not to be fetched in tracking. When there is too much traffic, some users are not tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Amplitude Analytics, I can track user interactions and solve user movement ambiguity, providing clear insights on user activities and customization with tracking labels.
Complex interface and limited analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I can create basic funnels in Amplitude Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can create basic funnels, but it's not enough for complex analytics. For example, I have to create complex retention charts in Tableau rather than in Amplitude Analytics (where retention is not on the 7th day of product use, but over a 7-day period). There are a large number of events, and as a product manager, I lack information about them. It would be easier if an agent could be launched at the application level to track all events and their properties according to a single feature. The AI Assistant often resets in the prompt, which hinders editing and refining the data. Creating custom funnels is difficult; I need an agent that would automate event collection. It's hard to understand the setup, you need to understand the event bindings in the product, and the interface is not the most user-friendly compared to Yandex Metrica.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create basic funnels in Amplitude Analytics, but for complex analytics, I have to use other tools. An agent is needed to automate event collection to simplify the work, instead of manually entering and setting up current events.
Powerful Behavioral Insights and Easy Cohort Segmentation for Growth
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful behavioral insights and easy-to-use cohort segmentation for product growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve, expensive enterprise pricing, and complex data instrumentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data-Driven Prioritization: Instead of guessing which features to build next
Easy-to-Use Dashboards and Event Creation
What do you like best about the product?
dashboards and events creation are easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
the long flows to get things done. I prefer easy access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B testing and user experience understanding
Flexible and Insightful
What do you like best about the product?
We use Amplitude Analytics to monitor and analyze how customers interact with our products. I appreciate how Amplitude provides visibility and helps to see users aggregated, telling us real stories about our products that we can't get anywhere else. It's very flexible and allows you to do a great deal with your data. It's also great for finding issues with the product; for instance, if we have a simple funnel with a huge drop-off, we know there's probably an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an analyst, it can be quite tough to align with the engineers who implement Amplitude, so I wish there was more configurability in the app. Also inheriting a large event schema is a bit daunting, and it can be tough to make changes at scale. For unexpected properties, it would be nice to be able to download a breakdown of these, so we can better deal with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics for monitoring and analyzing customer interactions, which helps with visibility and understanding user behavior. It's flexible with data and identifies issues through analytics, such as pinpointing where users drop off in a funnel.
