Amplitude has decreased our time to insights by 70%
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is extremely powerful. Since we launched our first Amplitude project in October 2022, it has helped our organization answer simple and complex analytic questions in a matter of minutes, instead of the usual hours or days we needed in the past. I like how playful the tool is, all the possibilities to segment data (by event, user and group properties), how easy it is to build a funnel or investigate the user flows leading to a conversion. I also love how easy it is to share results and how my stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, Engineers) can easily slice and dice the data further after getting the reports. Also, charts embed quite nicely in Slack and Miro boards, so consumption of Amplitude charts is super easy. Last but not least: the support I got from Implementation and Customer Success team during the set up and now adoption phase of the project has been invaluable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Amplitude would offer more possibilities to fix data that has been already sent. For example, if I send one day of data, and the data is wrong, I cannot edit that data. Instead, I need to add a drop filter to remove that data, send the data again, and incurr in this additional cost. Ideally, there would be an easier way to edit the data without paying for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is solving 3 key problems, in my opinion.
The first one: Knowing what questions to ask your data, in order to improve your product. Amplitude's variety of pre-made analysis makes it easy to know what questions to ask to your data, without getting lost in a rabbit hole of vanity metrics.
The second one: Providing insights when it matters (in minutes, not hours or days), as its highly performant architecture allows crunching data in record speed.
The third one: Collaboration. I have never worked with a tool that makes it so easy to share and collaborate around data. It beats the experience of building your own custom dashboard in BI tools.

Amplitude helps optimize the analytical process without having to incur huge setup costs, it serves to optimize processes.
Amplitude is very complete
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is very intuitive to create charts with events in real time. It also very good for AB test. It has a very good number of different charts and helps a lot with data self service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more clear with inactive events, and also Amplitude should not allow creating an event without a description. But I understand that this may be a problem with the creation of the event, not with Amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is solving the problem of monitoring and tracking events in real-time. Also helps a lot with AB tests, and It`s intuitive for people with different expertise.
Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
Gives the entire company the ability to quickly dive into the data we own, and make better decisions together. Support always makes sure we have the resources we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of support for custom proxy support in the chrome extension. Steep learning curve.

A/B testing, Prediction, Improving retention.
Great tool for front end analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes it very easy to create reports and visualizations. The drag and drop interface is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of flexibility for more detailed use cases. Having SQL access to query the data would help with these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is making it easier to share data and insights with the rest of the team. We are now making more informed decisions.
Amplitude is a great tool for Product Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has been great for enabling self-service at our organization with respect to Product Analytics. It's easy to use and offers a lot of interesting insights out of the box!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend changing the pricing structures—a lot of great features are hidden behind pricing walls and I would appreciate if they made those available as part of their core product instead.

Amplitude has helped us reduce the time to insights from when a new product feature is launched at our company.
Amplitude is THE tool for product analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards are easy to build, use, and understand. Amplitude also offers a range of dashboards that help you understand 99% of relevant user behaviors. The web tool is fast with rare glitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to do joins on data. Some of the pricing aspects and quotas are not that simple to understand and negotiate initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude provides insights into how your users use the product, how well you retain them, which features are successful, and much other information. The insights you get paint a clear picture of what parts of your business are the most promising and where you have room for improvement.
Amplitude Analytics empowers organisations to be data driven
What do you like best about the product?
It's usability, everyone from all different departments and data-knowledge can use amplitude to get insights. It reduces the reliances on data science and analyst members of the organisation, enabling them to work on more complex problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some onboarding and effort to convince people it's worth their time to learn the different events/segmentation models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me easy and fast access to customer behaviour and data that enables me to make business decisions quickly and independently.
Best tool for Product analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude Analytics has a very intuitive UI and it's extremely easy to create analyses of anything that goes on in your product once it's properly set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things I would have liked to track are not processable without the help of a dedicated Data Analyst.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep a clear overview of our product's KPI, and it's also easy to spot issues in Production through behavior changes.
Upgraded Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is incredibly easy for me despite not having much statistical savviness. I really like the use of properties in our tracking plan to help get detailed about what we are tracking. Their team provided us with a demo and training on how to use amplitude to get the most out of it, which was super helpful. It's also an easy user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not particularly sure if there is a downside. Personally, it's a little bit technical for me to do on my own, but our team helps out a bunch and makes it easy to track what we want to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps us understand the data behind our user's use. We can do user research and get lots of qualitative data but having quantitative data of what is actually happening on the app provides a deep level of insight that might not come out when people self-report how they use our app.
