Great Product that beats previous analytics and experimentation software we've had
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to Amplitude, we were using 3 pieces of software for analytics, experimentation, and personalization. Amplitude rolls all three of these into one product, at a price that was noticeably cheaper. Amplitude also easily connects to our dataset and salesforce, which gives us much deeper analytics than front-end interactions (although it does that well)
Amplitude integrations were easy to set up, we connected to Segment without issue.
The charts are easy to create and I really like the anomaly and forecast charts. The emails I get that allow for root-cause analysis has been super useful. I check Amplitude daily.
I've found generally speaking the responsiveness of support to be decent and the self-serve portal is very easy to navigate. Away from that, there's loads of official and unofficial YouTube videos that are easy to discover

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I'd like to be able to see, which exists in Salesforce, is whether we're on track/on-target. Amplitude won't let you set KPIs and then report based on them. Being able to add them to a dashboard would be so useful to those who regularly check the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude to understand how prospects and customers navigate from PoC to success. We use this to create look-alike campaigns to drive better conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude Analytics supports multiple areas of our business. I use it frequently across many projects. It is customizable and allows me to easily copy Dashboards and create larger projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit confusing for the beginner and takes a bit of time to learn the features and capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have discrepencies in data and reporting on other platforms that we use and Amplitude is the most reliable source. It also updates MUCH faster than other platforms giving us data in a timely manner.

I like that anyone can use it, from the development team to the marketing team. Its easy to create dashboards, funnels, and user cohorts. Its really easy to analyze data

Finding a user can be sometimes a little annoying if you try to use the mail or the phone. In the format email = mail

Knowing the an event is not being send from the app or the backend

What do you like best about the product?
You can have a really good overview of your difrent funnels and analys it's performance. Also the date filter so you can compare difrent coversionrates on the things you've changed. Even the possibiliy to see every user in the part the funnel is really helpfull

You sometimes can get lost in the many difrent possibilities. But i would say this is not a bad thing from Amplitude it self
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to really dive deep into our user funnels. Also the insight in reasons of cancelation helps us out to get some good journeys to reactive those users

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use and it has really easy integrations with external tools.

Visualizations can be tricky to use at first

Streaming data to Amplitude from different tools is straightforward, and it is incredibly intuitive to build dashboards and cohorts. It is a fantastic tool for mobile applications lifecycle monitoring and user behaviour tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and user friendly the tool is. I use this to create new dashboards for new features, and monitor the progress of existing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems a bit messy when I want to combine some metrics.

It helps me to see the ussr flows, identify any possoble UX issues and act accordingly.
Powerful & Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up any chart on the data you have. The interface is really intuitive, so you don't need to spent your time digging into documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any huge dislikes or problems, just, maybe feature requests. For example, the chart view has a nice table under it, but you can't easily add the table to the dashboard, just the chart

Easily of use. Very flexible with many filters

When I switch between type of chart, e.g: From funnel chart to segment chart. The events that I inputted before will be lose. Have to input again everything

Tracking events, have extension on browse to support us checking what kind of events is running on the product. Can use events, users property to calculate conversion
Effortless Setup, Powerful Insights for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with Amplitude Analytics; I can easily build necessary charts with confidence in data quality. The integration stability and flexibility via SDK/API is great, and I appreciate the connections to other services like RevenueCat and Braze. It's also cost-efficient, simple to integrate and use, and has a competitive toolset. The setup is quite easy, thanks to the qualified documentation and guides. With the AI code agent, integration feels effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics branches and documenting of data flow is not perfect. Our team took many attempts to incorporate this to the business process, but without sustainable success. Also, templates, proactive suggestions, data checks will be handy. At the moment data verification takes time, and AI doesn't significantly help.

I use Amplitude Analytics to explore user behaviors, monitor product health and launches, run A/B experiments, and share insights with my team, solving the problem of understanding product dynamics at scale.
