What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of tools for analysis of data, as well to get insights of customer behavior
What do you dislike about the product?
When you reach a certain threshold you have to pay, and the price gos from 0 to thousands
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data driven product changes, user funnels to grow our KPIs

Careful with data as you can't delete historical data

Amplitude wins on Usability and Design

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has amazing Funnel and Cohort view functionality. I also like the way that you can create custom groups of events in the case where there is a place in your app where multiple actions can be made. This allows you to see a funnel flow in a continuous fashion without having to add multiple funnels together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the funnels are limited to 90 days. Many events happen outside that window, therefore 90 days insufficient in many cases.

I also don't like that there is no way to segment a certain event step by a user property. It would be much easier to be able to break down funnel steps by actions made by folks with a certain user property.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving an issue where I need to understand what my users are doing within my app to understand where I can improve on usability and ultimately convert users to subscribers. There are many benefits, as I can understand what flows and actions are closely aligned with users who eventually convert and drive revenue to my app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amplitude is the premier platform for Mobile App Analytics, it also enables your entire firm to be data enabled.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive to setup and use. I can easily figure out ways to construct what I want to find out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm very happy with this as compared to other tools like Mixpanel. Nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it to track usage metrics, understand our customers and their behaviour. We can run experiments, see what works and then scale it up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it without a second thought.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes product analytics so much easier than Mixpanel does. Accidentally start a report in Event Segmentation but actually meant to create a Funnel Analysis report? You can switch and your query CARRIES OVER 🤯. You get so much more for free, which is great for start-ups that don't have budget yet (like where I work). It is also so much easier to learn because the selectors are all the same. I really can't say enough about using Amplitude over its competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to think of anything I dislike in Amplitude. Frankly if anything, I wish we had the budget to purchase cohorts so it would be so much more powerful, but that is the life at a start-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Amplitude to track tests that I've been running and identifying drop offs in our sales channel. I am able to be so much more nimble with Amplitude versus waiting for a data analyst to set up a report for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is customizable and is condensed in coherent view
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I've seen that I disliked so far

I used this platform to alert me how my customer usage is going on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This helps to understand my customer's health score and to reduce churn to understand my customer's behavior and overall performance

Great tool to get a overview of your account and activity - easily customizable to see different dashboards and manage all activity

I use the new chart to explore a lot, and don’t often save the chart I made - this experience could be improved

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly create charts, cohorts of users, and dashboards.

There is a slightly steep learning curve

Amplitude has helped us understand our user's activation and engagement better. We have been able dive deeper into what is driving dropoff and what helps retain users.

What do you like best about the product?
The charts are easy to manipulate, allowing me to segment users and answer ANY question about ANY user group for our product team in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. Even when I do have a minor confusion point, their support articles are world-class and their support team is extremely quick to reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude Analytics for mobile app product analytics and regularly discover trends in user behavior that inform our product updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using Amplitude will be the best decision your product team ever makes. We rely on these charts and dashboards to consistently ship the features users want, and have achieved amazing growth thanks to Amplitude.

Powerful Tool that Takes Some Practice!

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see funnel analyses and drop off points – I focus mainly on a signup process, so this is extremely helpful for me to identify failing points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I care a lot about acquisition and behavior based on utms / sources – This data seems to "shift" a lot, and it becomes difficult to accurately group people / attribute based on their referral source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're deeply understanding signup conversion rates and where issues during a signup process arise – It helps us understand where to focus time and resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their free version is EXTREMELY powerful! Their support is awesome, and even though it takes time and dedication to control your data, it really has helped us focus on where we can spend energy making improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Modern UI, easy to navigate website and big flexibility on measures and plots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, it is not compatible with powerBI. It also doesn't have a mobile app.

Tracking the behaviour of our app's customers.
