Blazing Fast Data Processing

What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast it can process data and return unsampled results on huge datasets. The system is generally intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data visualizations could use a bit of improvement, and the fine tuned logic of how segmentation happens within the interface could be better (for example, having sequential segments)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an overall great tool for measuring user behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily visualize user behavior over time and segment data in a flexible way. Dashboards and charts make it easier to understand trends, compare cohorts, and turn raw data into actionable insights for product, marketing, and growth decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, especially for non-technical users. Some advanced features and metrics are not always intuitive, and building more complex analyses often requires prior knowledge or support from data or engineering teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive drag and drop interface of Amplitude Analytics, which makes it easier to create a plethora of charts and conduct extensive analysis. The user interface is very intuitive and simplifies the process of creating charts and drawing insights, unlike other tools where you often have to write queries from scratch. I also appreciate the out-of-the-box analytics it provides, allowing me to create various types of charts, like user engagement, user activation, and user retention charts, without needing to know the backend workings. This helps me make business decisions effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no guidance on several complicated features. For example, sessions analysis becomes difficult to understand with the various filters and properties. It would help to have better documentation or a tooltip or guide for using these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics has an intuitive interface, simplifies chart creation, and provides ready-to-use analytics without needing to write queries. It helps me draw insights and make data-driven business decisions easily.

Powerful Analytics with Excellent Sharing

What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface of Amplitude Analytics really useful. The sharing capabilities, especially the public links to share quick dashboards and charts, are excellent and help me easily share data despite some difficulties with accounts, fees, and licenses for my team. The filters available in Amplitude Analytics are amazing, and I like how they allow me to extract key insights effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some difficulties with accounts, fees, and licenses for my team. There's definitely a learning curve with attributes, properties, and filtering data to extract key insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to inform my design decisions with key data. I love its amazing filters and public links for sharing dashboards, which help me overcome account and licensing issues. The interface is really useful and the sharing capabilities are excellent.

Excellent Graphics, Immediate Results

What do you like best about the product?
I love the number of charts that Amplitude Analytics offers to use. Being able to see conversion and segmentation charts by unique events allows me to quickly reach a conclusion. With the charts, I can understand if my paid media actions are yielding results in terms of visits and also if my SEO strategies make sense. I also appreciate being able to see the performance of my conversion funnels and detect at what point users get stuck and drop off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they should encourage you to use the other types of charts by providing real use cases! For example, the Retention chart, or the engagement matrix, user sessions, etc. Perhaps with quick guides to explain how each type of chart works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to understand the site's performance, improve conversions, capture attributions, and optimize usage funnels. The charts allow me to analyze the results of paid media and SEO strategies, and detect points where users abandon the funnels.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Amplitude Analytics is user-friendly and offers custom charts like retention ON, conversion windows, and ARPU. It helps me build fast dashboards with detailed segmentation. I love the possibility to create and use cohorts. The initial setup was quite easy, especially with the help of Amplitude Academy and regular problem-solving webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the SQL-based queries in Amplitude Analytics. It's a big disadvantage for us not to be able to calculate some numbers per user per day. Sometimes it feels like a big missing part. Also, I find it quite expensive and it lacks the ability to do custom formulas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to analyze our mobile app, building fast dashboards with detailed segmentation and using cohorts. It's user-friendly with custom charts for retention, conversion, and ARPU.

Flexibility and power, but with improvements in AI

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility in creating custom events and the ability to quickly build any data slices without the help of an analyst in Amplitude Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Retrospective analysis of historical data is not very convenient. It's inconvenient to dig through old events. Also, AI functions are scattered across different steps and are not interconnected, as if they were made by different team members. There are always difficulties in connecting and explaining to developers what it is, what it's for, and what architecture is best to lay down for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to track user paths in the product funnel. It helps quickly identify where users get stuck or leave the product. It's especially useful for A/B tests and understanding feature usage.

Feature-Rich Yet Amazingly Intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Amplitude Analytics helps me figure out how my product is doing and how users are interacting with it easily. It's very easy to use yet comprehensive. I also appreciate the ability to slice and dice data just the way I want. Despite having a lot of features, it's still approachable and simple, yet a complex powerhouse. The event segmentation feature lets me view data based on any event and see the frequency and quantity of events triggered per user. Additionally, the funnel reporting and user flow features are fantastic, allowing me to filter events or properties to focus on what I need. The retention reports are great as well, letting me segment users based on cohorts or behaviors and see which events lead to retention. The initial setup was very easy, and I have used it with other tools like customer.io and measurement partners for ads. I've switched my teams to Amplitude Analytics from other platforms multiple times, and I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - its awesome.

I use Amplitude Analytics to easily understand how my product is doing and how my users are using it. It's easy to use and comprehensive, with great features like event segmentation, funnel reporting, and retention reports that help control and analyze user behavior.
