What I like best is its ability to provide actionable insights through features like cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and custom dashboards

One downside of Amplitude Analytics is its steep learning curve, especially for beginners or non-technical users

Amplitude Analytics solves the problem of understanding user behavior across digital platforms, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions. It helps identify key moments in the user journey, uncovering where users drop off and what drives conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Its fast to learn how to use it. Collecting new events its cheap, from an engineering perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some updagres and more sofisticated analysis require more expensive plans.

Its solving product decision making when it concerns to how users interact with my product. And also helps a lot on debbuging

What do you like best about the product?
The best part which most of the analytics doesn't give you is user look up and streams, the journey of what user did entirely is so helpful to find broken UX, helps us to optimize our UI more effectively.
I use this daily and it is bery easy to use and integrate and add feature flags and experiments, controlling the A/B tests is also very easy.

Sometimes the Analytics are weird, multiple devices are tagged into one amplitude id, and we see some weird experiment occurred analytics,
If it can replace those and can identify deep links, then nothing like it

1. Helping me find the conversion of different products that we have launched
2. The user journey and session replays helps me understand the touchpoints of the user, which is helping us to identify the spots where we can monetize on
3. its easier to find if something went wrong, considering we have error analytics setup in place.

Flexibility. Possibility to get all information about the user behavior and learn more about patterns.

Lot's of features, that might be useful, but you simply don't know about their existence.

AB testing analysis. Product health check after releases. Researching user insights.

Really like Amplitude due to ease of use and understandable chart constructor. Can quickly find info and reasons of different spikes in data. Useful alerting tool that is used in everyday basis

Sometimes it is hard to create a chart with conditions in a user level. Also have questions to sessions analytics, it is complicated to analyze first sessions of users. In some cases could be not agile

How quickly information can be interpreted and actioned due to how cleanly and clearly it is presented. Plus the ability to tweak and expand searches/requests speedily

Some inconsistencies across projects where data can be mismatched

Highlighting customer behaviour in a way we couldn't track previously. Segmenting data by time range that wasn't previously possible
Super easy to use, setup and analyse
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Amplitude analytics for 3 years at 3 different jobs now and have always been blown away at how powerful yet simple the tooling it. As a product manager, it is very important to stay on top of my key business numbers plus have the ability to create reports at will, and amplitude gives me the ability to do that at will. All with no SQL - truly a superpower.

Nothing really, all integrations are super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
For how many different charts and views you can make, the interface is very very simple and allows you to easily experiment with different chart and graph types until you find what visualizes the story you're trying to tell. Charts and dashboards are easy to share and collaborate around. Integrates will with Airship for cross-platform event streams under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow loading times. Administration of events and data accuracy can be a bit confusing. In some ways, it's so easy to make events and charts that people can make duplicate and alternative sources of truth!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel conversion. Engagement, activation and conversion trends. User retention. User segmentation and composition analysis. Identifying common customer journey paths.

Easy self-serve for product metrics, customer segmentation, and debugging UX

I can easily create dashboards for the products I'm building to understand performance, segment customers, and debug any UX issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to set one definition of a product metric that can be used across the org. I've run into issues with being able to go far enough back (365 days limitation, I think?).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to determine feature performance and cohort performance, and report out on these metrics. I QA product delivery with the user profile tab and debug issues that way.
