Exceptional Granular Analytics That Elevate B2B Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The granularity of the funnel and cohort analysis is exceptional. In the B2B industry, the user journey from viewing market data to making a transaction is complex and long. Amplitude helps us pinpoint exactly where users drop off and understand why. The ability to drill down into specific user behaviors and create dynamic cohorts based on those actions helps us tailor our marketing campaigns more effectively than simple page-view based analytics tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the tool is powerful, the initial onboarding can be challenging for marketers accustomed to session-based tools like Google Analytics. Understanding the event-based model and property grouping requires a mindset shift. It takes time to train new team members to fully utilize advanced features like complex behavioral cohorts or predictive analysis without getting overwhelmed by the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helped us visualize the entire user path. We identified specific friction points in our sign-up and inquiry forms. By optimizing these steps based on data, we significantly increased our conversion rate for high-quality leads. It allows us to distinguish between casual browsers and serious procurement managers, enabling our sales team to focus on the right prospects.
Effortless A/B Testing and Accurate Device Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I use Amplitude Analytics for web tracking and web experiments like A/B testing, which helps me improve my e-commerce website to boost conversions. I really like the user-friendly dashboards and the device-level tracking, which is very accurate. The no-code A/B tests are incredibly useful, allowing us to easily manipulate a web page and run variants. The device-level tracking combined with multiple data sources is a big help, and integration through the Shopify plugin and HTTP V2 API makes journeys map perfectly. Also, the initial setup for my Shopify website was very, very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that device country identification is not accurate. There are inaccuracies with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics for web tracking and A/B testing, which helps improve my ecommerce website and conversions. The user-friendly dashboards, accurate device-level tracking, and easy no-code A/B tests streamline my workflow.
Streamlines Analysis with Intuitive Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I use Amplitude Analytics to monitor our conversion funnels closely. It's quite easy to create an analysis, making it my first source to check data when something may go wrong. I like the smooth user experience, and it really shortens analysis time compared to SQL queries. This efficiency gives me more time to focus on development in our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find segmenting users by their location is always a headache. Depending on the significance of location data, location updates could be done more logically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to monitor conversion funnels and quickly analyze data. It's my first stop when issues arise and shortens analysis time compared to SQL queries, freeing up time for product development.
AI-Powered Insights, Quick and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Amplitude Analytics helps me get to the data quickly using the AI search feature. Most of the time, the AI search is accurate, and even though I sometimes have to make quick changes, that's not an issue for me. The AI search feature is the most used feature on my end, and it not only helps me get data quickly but also allows me to create charts easily. This capability to create charts by just a single prompt makes it very quick and easy to get data from my customers, which has been very helpful for me. I can further create more charts and tweak them according to the audiences or workspaces, which has saved me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to explore Amplitude Analytics on my own, and it was quite overwhelming because there are so many things you can do. As a first-time user, I felt overwhelmed with the number of things I could do, making it difficult to get the results I wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to quickly access data using the AI search feature, which is mostly accurate. It also simplifies creating charts, saving time. Initially, exploring Amplitude was overwhelming, but the AI search resolved that.
Effortless Data Segmentation and User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use. And specially the ability to segment data into different types of analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its less to do with Amplitude and more to do with taxonomy. With a platform like amplitude, where all users from different departments work on data, and all users have the ability to create events, it becomes difficult to know which ones to refer to, especially when you're new in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in data science, and amplitude is pretty handy for me in terms of product deep dives, especially when creating journey funnels & retention charts.

Intuitive Dashboards and Deep Insights Drive Smarter Decisions
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude excels with intuitive dashboards, deep behavioral insights, real-time cohorts, and easy event tracking that drive smarter, data-informed product decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve for advanced features, gets expensive at scale, event schema management can be tricky, and large projects can feel slow to query at times.

It helps us understand user behavior, identify drop-offs, and measure feature impact. This improves retention, guides product decisions, and reduces guesswork with data-driven insights.
Intuitive Dashboarding and Cohort Analysis Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I use Amplitude Analytics for product analytics and monitoring user cohorts. I like the dashboarding capabilities because they allow me to monitor my features and apps effectively. The A/B feature is another aspect I find easy to use and enjoyable. Moreover, I appreciate the ability to create user cohorts based on usage patterns, which helps in better understanding and analyzing user behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to save a dashboard before adding it to a space - perhaps there could be a recently viewed dashboard space because I have to rely heavily on search and remembering the correct name of the chart someone else created to find it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics gives me dashboarding capabilities and easy A/B testing. It helps create user cohorts based on usage patterns. However, I need to save dashboards before adding to a space, which is tedious as I rely on search to find them again.
Comprehensive Analytics with Room for Customization
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Amplitude Analytics is that it's everything in one platform. You can use it for data analysis and also to run A/B tests for both product and web. There's a wealth of data stored, and the integrations with tools like tag manager allow for a lot of flexibility with event implementation. I love that you can rename events, categorize them, and add descriptions, which makes it easier for the user to use. The tagging and implementation aspects are particularly beneficial. Additionally, the setup was easy and smooth, which I appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the usability aspects can be improved, like having the option to increase the size of the legends on the charts for better readability. Also, more customization options for charts, dashboards, and other elements would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics is a great tool for data analytics, especially for looking at user journeys, analyzing website funnels, and running A/B experiments.
Effortless Integrations with S3 and HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to connect with other platforms, such as S3 and HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encountered issues with session replays when the event traffic exceeded 4,000 events per minute, as well as with integrations involving Google Ads and LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most important benefits is the self-service aspect. Many stakeholders from other teams have the ability to create their own dashboards and reports. With the addition of AI, this functionality is significantly enhanced.
