Amplitude helps achieve our apps reliability giving us ability to analyze lot of data.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to view data back in time, and reliable order of events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the filters don't work for not allowing events

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drill down into my usage and adoption metrics. I can easily see which of my clients to focus on for feedback, expansion efforts, or to use as a case study.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be daunting to build some of the analytics. Cohort tracking can be especially tricky. However, there are plenty of guides available and I have no problem asking for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Amplitude solves is the lack of visibility of how my clients are using our software. This insight allows me to have more accurate/intelligent conversations with my clients. I can also leverage their usage in my business reviews.

The amplitude tool requires some learning curve.

It helps to grow business by understanding indepth user behavior.

Step-by-step user interaction data and time tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function is not as clear as it could be- if you enter an invalid search term, it doesn't tell you so, it just says no results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find lost/obscure accounts when given inaccurate information from customers, as well as proving if there was fraudulent activity on an account or not.
Very useful with some limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Easily to track events in the app, easy to make quick graphs, funnels. Easy to share with team members and set up workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to set up certain types of graphs. It seems like maybe amplitude can do even more than what I utilize it for, so tutorials would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping track user events and test the effectiveness of a/b tests.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Amplitude is the easy-to-interpret user experience. I'm not overly analytic but this tool makes it attainable for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building charts can sometimes be tough but I have great peers to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how much traffic our editorial newsletters are driving to our site.

Its very powerful, so there are a lot of options. Its both good and bad.

Solving user growth and identifying how users interact with our platform to find room for improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to track customer engagement in our apps by looking at how they navigate through our pages and interact with our app.

Nothing I can't think of at the moment. The product fits well within the requirements that we were looking for.

It helps us understand what parts of our apps are high traffic and give us insights on expiriemce bottlenecks

Vast data, and very descriptive data def

Not easily ingestable for data exports into csvs

It's an okay tool for non-technical users, but as a technical user, I'd just prefer to use SQ

it's helpful to create visualizations quickly and learn about our own database

there's limited customization ability since it's all point and click
