What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive to generate dashboards, super powerful for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not related to the tool, but it's rather cumbersome to add new events to an existing project. It has more to do with how we organize the data internally.

Quickly see how a journey or a flow is doing. Being autonomous.
Powerful Analytics with Helpful Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Amplitude Analytics is a super powerful tool that picks up a huge amount of data and constructs it into easy-to-understand dashboards. I appreciate being able to look at what features specific customers are using or not using, and get a general picture as a whole of how our tool is being used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude Analytics is fairly dense and we needed developer assistance to get started. We also had some struggles with attributing account-based analytics vs user-based analytics. Additionally, we were lacking some components that we had with June, in particular the Customer Success elements and Health Scoring
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics solves the problem of not knowing how our product is used by customers and what features are most adopted. It provides powerful data analytics in easy-to-understand dashboards, allowing us to see which features specific customers use and gain a general overview of tool usage.
Powerful Analytics Tool for Performance and Behavior Insights

Amplitude is a robust platform for exploring both performance and behavioral analytics. It offers valuable insights that help in understanding user actions and system efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude presents a considerable learning curve, and the terms it uses for standard functions are quite common. However, these terms may not be immediately clear to data scientists who do not have a tertiary education.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics makes it much easier to share and communicate key business metrics with stakeholders who may not have a technical background. Additionally, it supports the process of justifying design decisions by providing clear data.

It offers user-friendly tools that streamline the process of generating intricate data visualizations.

I'm looking for the raw numbers used to generate this chart to verify the data.

I can streamline our complex analysis requirements—specifically funnels and conversions. It’s a low-effort, high-impact solution that produces clear, actionable visualizations.
Intuitive Interface and Powerful Event Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the event management, graphics, and the breakdown by dashboard and charts in Amplitude Analytics. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to modify and build ad hoc events. I also find the software very intuitive, and I always manage to find solutions.

some parameters are not used and there are no alerts for which a poorly indexed parameter is recognized.

I use Amplitude Analytics to analyze clicks, conversion rate, orders, and user flow in the app, improving the user experience.
Easy analysis, AI-enhanced Amplitude Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easy analysis methods of Amplitude Analytics. The fact that you can create charts quickly with just a few clicks is a big advantage. Especially with the recently added AI features, it's really convenient to create and analyze charts simply through a few questions and conversations. In our company, sales and customer service representatives found analysis challenging, but since using Amplitude, they say analysis has become easier. They feel particularly satisfied with the ability to easily create charts through conversations with AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has a wide variety of behavioral events registered in Amplitude. Due to the large number of behavioral events, AI sometimes gets confused. For example, it may recognize 'clicking the purchase button' as 'purchase completed'. Recently, there have been many additional features. While it's good that things are becoming more advanced, I hope sufficient educational materials are provided to use them well. It wasn't entirely easy. There are quite a few aspects that developers need to understand and users need to grasp initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyze key customer behaviors to identify bottlenecks with a funnel chart. It's useful because you can easily create charts with just a few clicks, and AI features have made analysis easier.
Effortless to Use with Clear, Intuitive Features
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with clear functionalities, and it lets us create charts that would otherwise be complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was trying to find where the raw data for the chart is stored. If there is a raw data list or a way to download it, I can use it for validation.

We need to build some more complicated analysis, such as funnel analysis and digital conversions. I can do this easily without much coding, and the charts are easy to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Amplitude Analytics for customer behavior insights, particularly in understanding drop-offs and how different segments react differently. I like the dashboard feature because it helps me visualize customer behaviors in various forms and with granularity. The initial setup is pretty easy since it's similar to Google Analytics, which is widely used.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent tool for understanding user journeys. It eliminates the guesswork from analyzing user flows and clearly shows how people are moving through our website and app, uncovering friction points we were previously unaware of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform presents a steep learning curve. Our marketing team finds it challenging to navigate and quickly locate the information they need, often requiring assistance from a data analyst to first understand the events taxonomy.

It helps our Marketing team better understand the customer journey and identify friction points. Additionally, it serves as an intraday, real-time user interface, providing valuable insights throughout the day.
