Amplitude is a great tool for tracking company, product, and marketing metrics. We have used it for months and it is helping us make decisions and act quickly.

More display options. For example, pie charts with event properties.

How easy it is to start gathering info from your products and discover your product usage from a user centric view. Also the free version is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometines when you want to extract information about a big amount of users you have to download a csv as there is (or I haven't found it) a way to see it online.

As a user :
I like the flexibility ... it´s pretty easy for a newbie to pick up and learn and has a certain level of flexibility that is great for all levels and departments.
Online sharing capabilities and real-time online updates are also a plus for real-time data.
A great feature is the ability to link directly with back-end database for updates (event triggers) giving the possibility of more accurate transactional data.
Amplitude is a relatively quick BI tool compared to other tools on the market.
The ability and easy of tracking individual clientes, with fairly reasonable and easy to use Client/Customer analytics and segmentation.
Easy LTV calculations and analytics and simple, intuitive conversion funnels.
With the help of Amplitude we have been able to accompany and identify a number of gaps with our product that has lead to performance increases.

What do you dislike about the product?
It´s a little clunky at times, and it´s tough to find practical, clear, concise information to fix some of our implementation problems. And help or support is basically non-existent.
No date select for an entire dashboard - you need to go in and change date ranges for each and every graphic.
Limited formatting options ... where´s the pie chart? stack bar chart? scatter plot?
Limited comparing options (ex. average last 7 days and more, av. same day last 4 weeks, av. last 4 weeks)
Could include website speed and performance evaluations - possibly linking with Lighthouse or similar.
Funnels could use a comparison - or time frame conversions (conversion over time) of each step.
It should be possible to "correct" data at times.

Powerful analytics with a robust toolset
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create graphs is easy and powerful. Everyone from developers to mangers have been able to use the UI to manipulate data and create effective metrics that have been used to analyze business statistics and sell customers on our product. It's exceptionally intuitive and allows you to track pretty much anything you'd want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to use AI prediction to calculate out outliers and predict future analytics is HELPFUL but I would like more robust tools for filitering out outliers (in particular, long sessions) so that we could have a more finer control of the data we're presenting to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Amplitude to track purchases of associated stores and individual user analytics as it relates to viewer usage. Amplitude got rid of a LOT of the headache involved in storing this data and provided a robust and cost effective way to track usage. The benefits are many; we don't need to spend development time worrying about creating statistic calculations on our own and can instead rely on Amplitude and it's REST API to provide for whatever we need on our backend dashboard.

Great interactive graphs to get the most out of the data. Intuitive dashboards, very easy to use app. Always works
What do you dislike about the product?
It's complicated to do the setup of the events as you always depend on a programmer. It's difficult to standardized the events when you work with different teams on different apps, and you are the same analyst.
