Friendly tool for non-technical people
What do you like best about the product?
There's a friendly interface and really helpful tutorials. After understanding how my company data is structured on Amplitude, I learned by myself how to use the tool. My favorite feature is the one in which I can track the events using my own product's app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pathfinder chart does not work very well for my product. It'd be useful to be able to select the events' properties in the chart, not only the events.
Another thing is that when I have a funnel with a lot of screens, I'm not able to change the name of the steps in the chart manually, for some reason the editing feature becomes disabled.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have real-time data on customers' behavior in my products' app. When launching a new experiment in the app, in the Amplitude I can see first if everything is working properly.
Great product analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
The level of segmentation around behavioral analytics within Amplitude is robust. The service from Customer Success and technical support is really great and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but an improvement suggestion is if we have key metrics and target rates tracked against in Amplitude. Potentially even get alerts when it dips or changes from that or from historicals. This is more insights level.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily build and monitor the performance of my metrics at anytime.
I can do the deep dive analysis to whatever anomaly I found on my metrics, as the data tracking is near real time.
I can avoid any unnecessary loss, causing by the technical issue or human error.

Need to really aware of the data structue to avoid any misinterpretation, but I think this is acceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More data driven decision using amplitude so I can achieve my goal (whatever metrics I have defined)

It's easy to use, so our engineering team doesn't have to implement trackers.

The price could become very expensive if we want to track anonymous users, as we are a consumer-facing application.

Amplitude helps track user behavior, and it is helping our company prioritize features and/or marketing campaigns

Amplitude understands the value of clickstream data and build a platform that is efficient and effective to extract those values

Journey analysis is hard to interpret.A/B testing feature lacks Bayesian.

the explanation is heavy and sometimes too abstract. It will be good if the documentation is also supported with explanation how to read data and the input parameter using example

quick analytics. It's beneficial because I dont need to raise ticket to data team to request simple data

Pricing is quite expensive and some features require an additional subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to amplitude we don't have an event tracking tool that is reliable and has a friendly reporting UI to enable self service.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is very intuitive, even for a first-time user like me. The team is also very helpful and will happily guide you to get the best out of Amplitude features.

None that I can think of. Overall, I'm very happy with how things go with Amplitude.

Getting data is very quick, easy, and real-time. You can share the URL as well with your team. The various chart types are also great.
