Really powerful, immense utility, great analytics tool to analyze any product
What do you like best about the product?
Really use easy to use, and very visually clear

Definitely takes a while to get started without cl ear instructions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to see how tests are performing and how users are interacting with our product. We have tracked funnels and determined points of drop off.

Amplitude makes it super easy to create dashboards, track events, and manipulate your data in useful and effective ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing dashboards with multiple people across your organization can occasionally be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to be a data-first company and Amplitude has allowed us to keep analytics and user data at the front of our minds as we make business and product decisions.

- Very easy to create dashboard and to integrate from our rails application

Cannot backfill data and delete old events with the free plan

Support is exhaustive, above and beyond what I'd expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acquisition traffic isn't nearly as intuitive as Google Analytics, or as seamless. You have to build out acquisition channels that take into consideration all the permutations of Google URLs, Facebook URLs, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product analytics -- Amplitude is great, especially for retention analyses and for funnel analyses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to spend time on quality instrumentation.

I like the way that all the latest industry standard ways to analyse user behaviour to inform product direction are supported out of the box.
Cohort retention analysis? Amplitudes got it. Discovering your aha moment? There's a tool for that.
I'm yet to discover something I need to do that amplitude doesn't support. It only takes a small amount of time to learn everything you need to know.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately the dashboards have no way (that I can see) to display custom data. So another tool might need to be used to make a complete dashboard for your systems.

Figuring out how our core users users like to use our product

It would be helpful to have more tips in the help center how to find the codewords to use i.e. ip_address=

We are using it as fraud detecting and its been amazingly helpful

What do you like best about the product?
All features it includes. Cohorts, segmentation, events grouping, easy to work with user attributes, and events attributes. The tool works fast. Good design. Detailed guides on how to use data to grow products faster.

Everything is okay. I use Amplitude for a few years and had no problems with it.

Understanding what features are used the most.

Easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
It's super intuitive to create graphs and dashboards, filter by many different parameters and create proper segmentations. It's helpful that we could also drill down to users' details where required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss being able to change parameters such as time frame and others on one graph within a dashboard without leaving the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking features' success and following up on KPIs, as well as understanding issues in the funnel, bugs and points for optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can see the funnels, retentions without much hassle. It has made my life easier. I love using the formulas. I can easily compare the segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot group during the funnel analysis.
