Powerful analytics tool

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside is the constant innovation. They have had non-stop releases that add value over the 2.5 years we have been clients. They offer great Enterprise support and are competitively priced. The tool flexibility gives you the capability to create seamless analysis and reporting and to change directions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At our scale - tens of billions of events per month - they are not the fastest tool on the market, but they aren't the slowest I've used either. Their bug rate in the UI is also a little higher than I would like, though they are very responsive in addressing those bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There aren't too many areas that Amplitude can't cover with properly structured data. For us, they are driving improvements in funnel conversions, feature adoption and helping us understand user churn.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude allows users to very quickly capture a high level understanding of user behaviour on a digital product. It's self serve, meaning I do not need to reach out to other teams within the org to unblock myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude sometimes suffers from reliability issues making it slow to load data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude allows me quickly size and prioritize bugs or solutions. It allows me to analyze A/B test experiments and provide clear next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
- self-serve analytics feature
- easy to administrate
- great support
What do you dislike about the product?
- There is a relatively steep curve to learning advanced features
- There are some charts limitations
- The forecast feature is a bit difficult to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Each discipline can create its queries. Ergo, Analytics is not a bottleneck for simple enquiries
- Analytics can tackle more tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating charts is quick and easy. I don't worry about the functionality and can focus on understanding the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude is great for analytics, but sometimes I wish it could give me automatic insights. E.g. we roll out a new feature. Clearly, there are new events in the system. Clearly, I want to know how they're performing. It's a match made in heaven.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need many Data analysts to answer easy questions.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can easily share links to charts with others in the team, and build your charts and funnels without any extensive training.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some of the more complex features, the UX isn't great and could be improved to make it more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all product queries. We aim to use amplitude as our source of truth when anyone wants to know anything related to user analytics and how our products behave.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the account management and support experience has been great. Really appreciate the attention we get from Amplitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the problem is that I require additional training in order to use this tool to its full potential. I need to look at the self serve options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps me understand how our clients use our products and what trends we're seeing in usage.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very straightforward and provides many tools to see insights into product performance. The charts and dashboards are easy to create and share with our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some higher-level calculations are better done with a different tool for our business. Overall the likes outweigh the limitations of the toolset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides more comprehensive access to non-technical employees to gain insights into our products. Additionally, it frees up our analytics teams from more minor requests since data is now self-serve.
