Reliable and user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how every agent has such in-depth statistics, and it's always accurate. It is easy to transfer calls and if you only use the basic funtions of your Talkdesk widget, almost anyone should be able to use it. I love that the reports for individual agents show the amount of time spent in each status in order to ensure productivity is always high.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how we can't tell who hung up the phone- whether it be one of our agents or the other person on the line. I also don't like the function of the blind transfers because it doesn't provide the best environment for top of the line customer service. I also dislike that on the "calls" tab, you have to constantly refresh it to have updated information- but on the other hand if it were constantly refreshing itself, that may get annoying too so I'm not sure how to solve that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have caught a lot of people lying about their productivity; I like how it keeps our agents accountable. We have caught a lot of agents who were attempting to make their call volume look high by trying to cheat the system but Talkdesk really makes it fool-proof; if you're paying attention, your money will not go to waste with this app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend paying attention to the training videos; they're a little wordy but make the difference in understanding how to best utilize Talkdesk to its total capacity. Another recommendation I have would be to explore all of the different facets and nooks and crannies of the website - that will help your organization more than just using what you see right off the bat.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform gets updated all the time, which helps always to have a correct look at how the Queue goes

Sometimes it could be a little slow when I try to filter some information

It is very helpful to attend to our clients and check the Queue real status

What do you like best about the product?
It works well and is an exciting calling app for remote employees for an easy phone call transfer. Great app

Difficulty in knowing which countries we are not allowed to dial out to moreover too many updates

Very easy to use and offers a clear view on the agent level. this helps real-time management

Unfortunately, its limited in terms of reporting, couple of report should be added, and not possible to build personalized reports

Nothing I dislike. The system is great!!

Documenting phone calls is easier, if someone forgets to document a call the system has a record of the call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This system is very easy to use and being able to track calls made and received is a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of constantly monitoring calls as well as observing real-time values through the dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports that are downloaded, I can't find any that are complete and fit what I want to work on... There are many and it's very uncomfortable to download them to be able to do the analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The topic of connection times and the ability to monitor calls

Really, the administration and monitoring is very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best with Talkdesk is the sleek Interface, user friendly and multiple function at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that it doesn't have option for noise suppression. Calls got disconnected at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us solve customer issue in regards their product purchased. It provides the summary of the calls we are getting from time to time

What do you like best about the product?
with talkdesk we are able to directly contact our customers as well as quickly answer them on urgent basis when chat or tickets cannot do its job, it is also great to communicate with people are around the world for a very low price
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at all, calls always come through, no calls are lost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mainly problems related to fast and easy communication with customers accross different continents, with talkdesk every number in the world is just a few clicks away

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, only has a few buttons or options but everything is there
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instance where in the tool suddenly freezes and we are unable to complete the call dispo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually receive calls from Customers that are needing assistance in ordering Glasses or Contact Lenses. The big benefit is we can communicate with them clearly so we can provide them with the assistance that they needed specially when it comes to the correct prescription that they need

Talkdesk is a very helpful tool to make effective communication specially when you are on the customer service platform

What do you like best about the product?
It's absolutely spot on, brilliant just brilliant. Its Ronaldo, Tendulkar, and Tom Brady on a business scale. What I like is its user interface, easy for a first-timer to figure out the app. The option for download is smooth and also to listen to the recording in real-time is a gem of a feature. I love the feature where it lets you get the report on a schedule. I have worked on may call recording applications in the past and when I started using Talkdesk, never felt the need to look back. Amazing, simple to use, convinience are the USPs of this application and whoever is in the Quality industry or operations where recordings are kept, Talkdesk should be the go to app, you can never go wrong wih this and with the upcoming improvements in the tech world, we can only live to see a better version of this app with regular updates
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a feature where it's left on idle, it does not automatically log itself off and if it does log off - the login process can be made a little faster. It isn't an inconvenience and more of a security function but considering it's used for business, it's understandable and acceptable. But with the upcoming rise in the tech world, we can only live to see a better app with regular upgrades and finally, we can all settle to use the best app the world has to offer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The simple function of listening to calls, the recording is clear, crisp, and exactly how it should be. It helps me understand that. Talkdesk helps me from extracting daily call reports on a daily basis with its feature of a schedule report which is ready and available in my emails when I start my day. Being this simple, it solves my problem of spending less time in reports and I can dig in and start my work
